As much as I constantly bash President Joe Biden as a demented old fool, there is no way something with the ramifications of this, does not get approved or disapproved at the P**********l level. If the CIA pulled this off, eventually somebody figures it out.

Then Joe would have to explain to the Europeans why the US destroyed a pipeline in their backyard that in the future could supply their energy needs. He would also have to explain to his mouth foamy Global Warmers why he caused the release of so much Earth K*****g methane, which also k**led a lot of marine life.

If it turns out to be a rogue CIA operation, then Joe's competence as Commander in Chief is for the thousandth time called into question.
