I am not the one you have to convince of his innocence with your simplifications. You need to talk to Attorney General Letitia James and set her straight on how she wasted two years and millions of dollars on something you are an expert on.

They spent most of the two years trying to build a criminal case. They failed, the principal attorneys on the case quit. Now they pull this s**t for headlines. Call me when the case is closed, appeals heard, judgement made and fines levied.

Corrupt Leticia James will not prevail on that. That is a Civil case of it is true. But it is not true cause the other party was required to review the documents, and they approved it. There was no intent of providing wrong information. Cause the lender or banks were allowed or required to review the contents of the document. There was no malicious intent to deceive. Leticia James has no authority on this. It is a Civil case.
