In a very VERY rare moment, PR, I have to disagree. Yes, the words of a President have influence, be it Trump or Biden. But threats or violent acts are the sole responsibility of the person whose hand is on the trigger....or in this case the steering wheel. Murder is not the gun's fault, not the knife's fault, not the vehicles fault, and not the President's fault. It is the fault of the perpetrator.
