Jeff Merkley, liberal Democratic, Oregon U.S. Senator trounced the GOP flat earther. Oregon legalized recreational pot, joining Washington St. and Colorado. Washington St. authorized more intense background checks and closing of gun goober loopholes for gun shows and the internet. Washington St. defeated a proposed right wing gun goober law prohibiting state gun laws from being more strict than federal laws.

Yes, sometimes Democracy works very well, especially when you live in an incredibly progressive region of the country. There is a lot to be said for not living in West Outhouse, Alabama, or Deliverance, Georgia.

Experts on horses**t? Those would be the trickle-down economists who work for the GOP.

Right wing corporatists, the kind that were Reagan's puppeteers, loved living in a trickle-down world.

Progressives had another name for this theory. They called it the horse and sparrow theory. The idea is that you give every last piece of grain to the corporatist Clysdale---for dinner. When it finally s**ts in the street, all the peasant sparrows can gather around and pick over the horse-droppings for any undigested bits of grain.

Republicanism at its very s**tty best.

The people of Oregon also v**ed DOWN a proposition th give legal drivers licenses to I*****L a***ns.
This alien issue will be interesting to watch. Could be the downfall of your party sir. Your president is very politically toxic now, as are the clintons. Yall's war on women, tea party r****t narrative was put in the grave 2 days ago. The people have spoken now; and your favorite dicktasror obama doesn't seem to care. This isn't a country designed to have the many ruled by the few. Just the opposite. The many are getting more, and more pissed every time your lordship bj barry opens his mouth. Interesting times we live in.

Oregon is up there with Vermont, in terms of being one of the nation's most liberal states. Most of the far left leaning folks in that state would agree with you wholeheartedly that this shouldn't be a country where the many are ruled by the few!

Why do you think progressives have worked so hard to move this nation away from the dreams of the founding s***ers, where the only people who could hold office or v**e were property owning, white males, of European descent.

They seem to be rejecting your presidents idea that just because you show up, you have the same rights as those who were born here, or immigrated LEGALLY. Even liberal Oregon is rejecting it....hmmmmm
