Not until immediately before the deadline to announce if he is running for 2024.

Yes, they are. All of this is pr********n for indictment if he announces he is running. They are spending g an inordinate sum of money and manpower to prepare for it.

When has Trump ever been found guilty of something? Not liable, but guilty??
In the real world only the guilty pay off victims to escape the power of the law... nearly all of what trump has been guilty of up to now, is fraud related but includes his university, uncounted small trades men and sub contractors, he has bragged about about the women he has shagged via promises and pressure, then paid off at least 2 dozen rather then go to court and face charges..
Now, the charges he should face for stealing documents may rest on what they can prove he intended to do with them and why.. selling them in obvious. gifting for favors of some sort could be singled out..
But I bet we have longer to go than seems logical...

I think he will be indicted by the DOJ for the stolen documents and obstruction and by the state of Georgia for interference in the e******n. And perhaps for inciting the i**********n and obstruction for hindering those investigations.

Some of the best legal minds in America say "No". I agree.

Yes
He created a situation where he has to be. He has more money than the RNC but he is under them.
Who will get all that money?

The worrisome thing will be when he is found not guilty the d/s will have one option left. I hope President Trump will beef up his secuity

It's hard to say !
I'll say No !
However it's hard to really say for certain given the fact that the left will continue to drum up any thing they can against him and the question will be can they find anything that might stick
