Only if he will not take a deal not to run in 2024 in exchange for no indictment. If he refuses then he probably will be even if the DOJ does not think it cannot get a conviction.

I think he will be indicted by the DOJ for the stolen documents and obstruction and by the state of Georgia for interference in the e******n. And perhaps for inciting the i**********n and obstruction for hindering those investigations.

I agree with Kevyn, but will also go on record again that trumps criminal actions far outweigh the possibility that he would have exemption if he was running for office.. but that could force him to be a runner as Meriosa has stated and he will skip...

When has Trump ever been found guilty of something? Not liable, but guilty??
