This has always been the case and it's sad the Republicans don't seem to mind it and the Democrats always gets free pass
"Always," eh
You mean like Al Franken's "free pass"

Yes, I understand there are flaws within both parties. Naturally, OPP posters appear to accentuate primarily the flaws (supposed or otherwise) against those that go against their own partisan/ideological views.
Bottom line is this, when the left accuses the right of doing evil, it is the left who is doing that which they are accusing the right of.
IOW, when Dan Rather says the GOP rally their followers via huge misrepresentations, it is actually the left misrepresenting things to THEIR base to rally them. When Biden says we have a strong economy, he is misrepresenting the economy to his base. We on the right know better.

Nwtk, bottom line is really this: When the right accuses the left of doing evil, it is the right who are usually doing that which they deny and, instead, accuse the left of.
IOW, when Hannity/Carlson, etc. says the DNC rally their followers via huge misrepresentations, it is actually the right misrepresenting things to THEIR base to rally them. When Trump lies ad nauseum, he is misrepresenting reality to his base. Those nearer the center or left of the ideological spectrum know better.
I'm sure you can see how that can work for either side
But, if it gives you comfort, stay erroneously in your chosen bubble of pretense.

LOL! Get real. When Biden says the economy is thriving, is it true of a misrepresentation. When he says the border is not open and is secure, is it true or a misrepresentation? When he says inflation is good and gives ten reasons for it being high, is it true or a misrepresentation??? When he says unemployment is low when nearly a third of the country isn't working, is that true or a misrepresentation???? When he denies he rescinded Trump's EO's which lowered the prices of pharmaceuticals, is it true or is it a misrepresentation? When he says the IRA is going to decrease inflation, is it true or a misrepresentation???
Shall I go on??? You can spout J** 6th till the cows come home and say our opinions about the e******n are lies but that doesn't make you right. Our opinions stand. Opinions cannot be lies, dude.
All you have is a******n and just a bit of hope for student loan forgiveness to run on this November, and it might be enough. If it is, we are F-ed truly!!

The article made claims that the republicans were doing some bad things. I pointed out how the l*****t dems are actually the ones doing what they claimed the GOP is doing.
I'm sure you understand that.
This is called finding a way to not address the things the article is calling out.
A whataboutism---is not an answer to the problem being talked about. It's avoidance.

True 'nuf.
There was no whataboutism at all in my comment. I simply pointed out that the dems are doing all that BS you are claiming the GOP is doing. Typical l*****t BS.

I know it's complicated when you're called out but that is the way it works in the real world.

I seriously doubt you could even point out the "whataboutism" in my comment, but feel free to give it a try, SA.

In order to call you out on it I had to see it. Think just a little harder.
