Bernie was bribed into taking those 4 mansions overlooking several pristine lakes if he dropped out of running against both Hitlery and Slo Joe. Even though Bernie is a die hard socialist his own materialistic wants took priority over his desire to have all of us living without homes, cars or designer clothes and great food.

Bernie is the biggest hypocrite of them all. Love the video of him saying tax the hell out of millionaires, no one needs that much money. Then years later, after he became a millionaire he started saying tax the billionaires, they don't need all that money. His supporters are even dumber than Biden's.

There is a very good reason the words "useful i***ts" are so descriptive. And the dismal t***h is that useful i***ts NEVER seem to learn...even when there is evidence that proves the lies they have been told are just that...lies. They find some way to accept/defend/excuse even blatant/in-your-face falsehoods...and then they spread/magnify these lies.

One of Bernie's supporting young college ignoramuses was so dumb he had a t- Shirt on that read Buck Fernie. Needless to say, spelling wasn't his strong suit.

I love the 1800s. I read fiction and non fiction relating to that period. Other than dealing with horses, I would have done better back then than today. Even the fiction is based on events that happened. If you read Mark Twain's novel ' The Guilded Age ' you get a sense of how America chased the almighty dollar in the pre and post Civil War Period. That was not always a bad thing because it lead to the rapid development of the nation, and all kinds of inventions.

The problem was that as today, with all of that money sloshing around, a lot of it seeped into politics. As bad as you think it is now, the crooks today must at least navigate a lot of anti corruption laws. Back in the 19th century those laws did not exist. Today the laws at least catch the stupid ones, and the smart ones are slowed down a little.

I’m a fan of the late 1700s to mid 1800s. I often think I’m a man born after my time. 😂

Have you ever read the Frontiersman by Alan W Eckert? If not, you'd enjoy it.

I argue that the changes between 1800-1900 were bigger than 1900-2000.

I wasn’t necessarily talking about change. I simply like that period and find it very interesting.
