We don't _really_ need toilet paper; leaves and various other things can be used for wiping. But tests for diseases require a more sophisticated organization (which is where the government should be playing a role, and now is, under Biden).
Also drinkable water, roads, bridges, clean air, and so on. Most of that didn't fail under Trump, but then, he was only a one-term president, and didn't have time to mess up _everything_ yet.
Meanwhile I recall that wiping after defecating is learned earlier than spelling. I guess that's probably a good thing.
It would be advantageous for Democrats to have all v**ers nationwide have to pass a spelling test before being allowed to v**e.

Someone gave me a copy of Hillary's "What Happened" book. It's in the bathroom next to the toilet in case of toilet paper shortages as a joke. Someone (I don't know who - we had a party) actually used it. I think whoever they were was making a statement. 😀
