I believe there is. If so, that would be an option in the case of a rape...if the victim comes forward in time. In the case of incest, I think it unlikely that the victim will be aware of that option, or be in a position to make use of it.

You can't be serious, Nwk. Why should a woman have to remember to take a pill? And why should a man have to give up a little sensitivity by using a condom? You are demanding TOO MUCH from people! It so SO much easier to have a reliable government funded neighborhood chop shop available to make sure that we don't have to deal with any personal responsibility or consequences.
So much easier to k**l a baby than have a child degrading those weekend plans, and so much easier to ignore guilt when it is a fetus, or an unwanted temporary tumor, than a child.

Back when people had jobs and looked toward to starting a family. Today is no longer like that. Younger people today cringe at the thought of having children .
The corporate capitalism has seeped over into the the Baby and all things involved.
Wages have not kept pace with rising costs of capitalism. Not to mention what has happened to our healthcare system.
With kids that are known to be sick a lot if the time, healthcare becomes a major priority.

Oh the good old days. They weren't as good as you remember them. People had kids during the depression. Now you have the pill. Stop making today's young adults victims. Our parents and grandparents raised 6 to 12 kids on far less.

You’re right, today is no longer like that. The standard of living is much higher for the average family then it was 45 years ago. Bigger homes, far more expensive conveniences, bigger vehicles, etc. Wages have kept pace while the average American has spent themselves into far more debt all to keep up with the Joneses. It’s a choice for the majority of people and not the fault of capitalism. As an example: the average home size in 1970 vs. 2020.
