Failure to Compromise Leads to Chaos......

A failure on both sides to come to a reasonable compromise has led to a hard result, 100% related to power and control at the moment.

These decisions will likely swing back and forth forever as the power shifts. Obviously, political planets must be aligned to affect the swing - so every 40-50 years?

The left demand a******n at will. The right demand zero a******n. Despite the long-established reasonable compromise of allowing a******n through the first trimester, both sides kept pushing for their ideal outcome.
Both sides kept pushing to impose their side on the other.

No need to address the morality or sanity of the process. No need to address the root causes of unwanted pregnancy (minus rape/incest). No need to address non-a******n solutions.

This situation always comes about on controversial issues. Immigration and guns are next up.

It is a failure of our elected officials to hammer out a rational compromise. It is a failure of American citizens to adopt a rational compromise.

It's my way or FU. I'm tired of having the same old arguments ad nauseum. Aren't you?

I see your point, and it is a valid one....for most issues. I am a big believer in compromise. But not when it comes to human life. Not when it comes to the life of a child. You are advocating a compromise that amounts to: Let's just k**l the smallest and earliest of the babies, and we'll allow the older ones to live and be born.
No. No compromise with the life of a child.

Marriage e******y and contraception are not mentioned in the Constitution either, and now Thomas wants to go after those too. This court will be known as the court to revoke people’s established rights.

If youz want more babies the answer Is simple , come up with the cash involved in raising a child for 18 years.
Have a baby , get a check.
Unlike the Republican cut and run plan .
As soon as the baby is born they’re long gone and won’t be seen again until the child is old enough to v**e.

I respect and agree with your stance as well. I have not and would not condone a******n for any of my family or friends. Understanding of course, that they might not care whether I condone their decisions.

That being said, uncomfortable as it is, the decision should be between the individual and her maker, within legal limits established through rational compromise. To not accomplish said compromise will guarantee this flips flops through eternity.

Meanwhile you can participate in a multitude of activity that promotes your stand and addresses the individuals faced with making the horrible decision.

I am happy with the ruling for the rights of the unheard child. I am also happy to watch the left scream like banshees!

Please explain to me how Thomas, conservatives, Republicans, or anyone else are 'going after' contraception??? You clowns on OPP have mentioned this several times, so I am assuming it is DNC talking points only. I haven't heard of this anywhere else.
Care to explain? You know, with evidence, or actual examples.

I've read about the potential to undue the right of homo's to marry with similar argument to a******n. Waste of time. Keep in mind that the court did not make a******n illegal. They simply pushed the decisions on guidelines to the states. I believe the contraception angle is made up l*****t bs, but we will see.

It all started with the states as far as gay marriage but even in cally they kept v****g it down, so they got l*****t lawyers and took it to the supremes! That’s how they get their way usually!!

I am watching Liberals freak out on the usual networks. I love their stats where they say that Americans overwhelmingly agree with them on a******n. Okay if that is true, what is all the hub bub, Bub ? Now that the issue is being thrown back to the individual states, if most Americans truly want A******n, then they will v**e out the state politicians who are against A******n, and A******n becomes legal anyway.

You are exactly right, IMO. If what the DNC says is true, then every state, with only a few exceptions will have legalized a******n.
Of course, we know that this is NOT true. The fight to end child murder will now continue at the state level, and the good guys will win some, and they will lose some. If the left are honest about their beliefs that a******n is simple women.s 'healthcare', they will start non-profit organisations and donate cash to provide t***sportation and housing for poor women to travel and get their babies k**led. Think that will happen? We'll see. Typically, the left only want to use taxpayers money for their social purposes.....their own money is much too dear to them.
Going forward, our battle to end the American Holocaust will continue in the individual states.

The child is the responsibility of the parents, not the government. Be responsible. If you can’t afford a child, don’t get pregnant. I’m not opposed to a******ns in the event of rape or incest.

I can only think of a few things more tragic or horrible than a victim of rape or incest, especially if that act results in a pregnancy. But one of them is murdering a human child in order to relieve the victim of some of the pain. And replacing it with a life time of knowing they participated in the death of an innocent.
