I didn’t know that many states had the Red F**g law. I do remember that one of the 1st states to have it had a little problem. Some woman turned in her husband or boyfriend because she got mad and wanted to get even with him. The sheriff went to the house and took all of this man’s firearms. There was no judge involved just the sheriff. That was how the law was written.. For him to get them back he had to petition the court. He had to Hire a lawyer pay court costs and no set standards to get his property back. The article that was written was after the fact and the judge had not made his decision. The guy may never get them back.
On a different note a gun store was robbed and the police recovered the firearms but would not return them to the store. They were keeping them for evidence.
Yet another story a gun store shooting range that rented firearms had a young couple come in a rent a pistol. The guy shot his girl friend and k**led her. Then turned the gun on himself. So both dead but the police took the pistol “for evidence”. It took this shop that has been in business from the 60s over 2 years and going to court to get the pistol back. I am a member of the shooting range in the shop. I watched this unfold. I know this is true. The other stories I read articles from MSM so they are most likely true as well.

A p*******e is a sex offender and if he was convicted of such he is required to register anytime he moves as well as having his name, address and photo available for all to see.

None of the comments you made concerning statutory rape including ages is accurate.

Your statement that social ALWAYS leads to c*******m has not proven to be true. The socialistic aspects found in all of the Western world and industrialized countries are integral to their workings and to their success and have no similarities or leanings toward c*******m. Remember that anything that is done that helps the public and does not have a profit motive is socialistic. This covers everything from school lunch programs to the local fire department and thousands of other things that make American life better and prosperity a realizable goal.

You can claim that the right is for "T***h, Justice and the American Way" but the actions of the right tell the world that their goals are the exact opposite. Denying the validity of e******ns, denying the right to v**e to "selected" groups of citizens, v**e count manipulations, gerrymandering, ignoring the constitution, attempting c**ps to o*******w the government and on and on is what tells the story, not what Ted Cruz says to Sean Hannity. All of these steps that have been taken by the right are steps leading to the dissolution of the constitution and to the installation of an authoritarian rule.

That does not describe a political philosophy that would result in a country that I would recognize or condone.

I believe the Democrats on the West Coast took and held a large area of Portland or Seattle as well as closing a Federal court house so if anyone was trying to stage a c**p it was the socialist Democrats. What “selected group of citizens” are you referring to? What “v**e count” did the Republicans try to alter? Sorry you’re wrong. Register as a sex offender IF the judge adds that to the sentence. You have a new Supreme Court Justice that doesn’t sentence folks like that. She was so soft on p*******es it looks like she could be one. Not saying she is.
