A fetus doesn't take a breath, it's still inside of the mother... Once born, the Baby takes it's first breath.

In his using the term "the fetus does not become a human until god bestows the breath of life.." his argument is invalid.

If he had not referenced "God" bestowing the Breath of Life, his argument would plainly state the fetus becomes a human with it's first breath of life... which in impossible since the fetus no longer exists after birth, becoming a baby, and takes it's first breath.

If the fetus becomes a human when God bestows the Breath of life, when exactly in it's 2 weeks till birth is the breath of Life Bestowed?

I guess permafrost is also indicating that during the Germinal and Embryonic stages of development (0 weeks to 9 weeks), the developing Child has no Human Rights and can be snuffed out at any time for any reason?

I said this before. Liberals do not like inconvenient humans. An unwanted fetus is the ultimate inconvenient human. The most permanent way to get rid of any person who annoys you is to k**l them. The easiest way to justify that k*****g to yourself is to deny that the person you k**led was an actual human being.

Only problem I have with what you wrote is your use of "Liberal" to define them.

I'm a Liberal and Fiscal Conservative and I sure the Hell don't support what democrats stand for, now.

1. - a supporter of policies that are socially progressive and promote social welfare.
2. - a supporter of a political and social philosophy that promotes individual rights, civil liberties, democracy, and free enterprise.

I was a Democrat until the mid 2000s (37 years). In 2008 I became an Independent when the Party moved so far to the Left and Socialism, - which doesn't promote "individual rights, civil liberties, democracy, and free enterprise" and especially Free Speech.

Liberalism is not bad, yet the Radical Left has stolen the term, maybe as a "wolf in sheep's clothing" to Hide their true identify, and Totalitarian Agenda.

I'm still trying to come up with other terms for them, like:

The definition doesn't state C Section or Birth Canal for the fetus coming out. frosty is still wrong with calling the infant a fetus. a Fetus in still inside of the woman (no, men have not given birth, yet). The moment the fetus is out of the woman, it is no longer a fetus but a baby.

So, a Fetus receiving the Breath of Life from God would mean receiving the Holy Spirit
