Where's your cocky attitude about the Russian economy being devastated????

As I hear it, Russia has continued to make billions of rubles.. Theyve lost nothing but a lot of soldiers to the Ukrainians.

Exactly... Their economy is coming back strong...Putin was well prepared...

Soldiers die in war...
The Ukrainian military has lost more...
Pretty much destroyed at this point...

If Vlad has not lost so many men, then you tell me why he just drafted 134,500 more men ?

https://www.reuters.com/world/europe/russia-drafts-134500-conscripts-says-they-wont-go-ukraine-2022-03-31/

It sure sounds like Russia is using up it's men, for some reason. Either they are being k**led and wounded, or maybe they are refusing to fight. Who wants to risk their life fighting enraged Patriots battling for their homes ? Who wants to risk their lives, when they have poor training, bad equipment, and substandard officers leading them ?

I made a thread about this...

He must have been aware of the need for a very long time...

He drafted 135,000 in April of 2021...
And he drafted 135,000 in April of 2020...
And he drafted 135,000 in April of 201of...
You can see where I'm going with this...

Yes, due to the catastrophic losses of the Ukrainian campaign of 2022, Russia has been annually drafting this number for over two decades...And the draft has been getting smaller with time...

I'm going to enjoy my coffee while you curse yourself for blindly following the MSM narrative rather than doing five minutes of research....

FYI: New recruits aren't sent into battle... Russia has a standing army of over a million...Around 20% is active in the Ukraine.... They have plenty of experienced soldiers they can send in...

For a destroyed military they are doing exceptionally well. I just read where they had retaken the areas around their capitol.

With FJB polluting the White House, who could blame them?
Who'd wanna follow the lead of that dysfunctional mutant from hell?

Okay I will concede your point that this year's draft is consistent with previous years prior to the current war. I will not curse myself. I found an interesting article from 2019. It seems Putin has tried to do away with conscription, but that is not happening.

https://warsawinstitute.org/putin-announces-end-compulsory-military-service-russia/

" On April 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin pledged his intention to abolish military conscription in Russia, yet saying that both time and sufficient funds will be necessary to carry out such a revolution. "

A draftee army is simply not the same in quality as a volunteer army. Russia lacks the money to pay an all volunteer army.
