Canuckus, If they do commit a capital crime, it is likely that they will be sent to a prison hospital for the criminally insane. That is where they belong.

I honestly doubt that since DA Gascon said that maximum prison sentence he will give to murderers is 20yrs or less..

Well, we definitely need something.. These homeless people are not just homeless, but they are murderers too... So yes, they need to be put in prisons' mentally insane wards and put on meds .... I don't want these people free k*****g innocent Americans!!!

You can thank the ACLU for the mentally ill people being free. The aclu argued that even the mentally ill have have rights to live as they please regardless of the impact they have on society. This why many mental hospitals were closed across the country.

Maybe we should lock up DA's judges who let these sickos out, too in mental institutions!

proud, It's not the DAs, its the US Supreme Court. I can see their point. They are afraid that it might set a precedent that would allow the government to lock up others without criminal charges. I think that if a panel of psychiatrists say they are incapable of making good choices or are psychotic, they should be held in a mental hospital and treated until such a time when they can take care of themselves. For their own good, and the good of society, if they are let out of a hospital, and the shrinks say that they must take appropriate meds, they should be forced to as a condition of their release. Of course, the law says that nobody can be forced to take meds against their will.

You need to visit New York City. It was a mistake to let them out of hospitals, when they are not all over the streets, they're in the subway system, either way they are dangerous. To hell with the liberals in this country.

Don't forget about Chesa Boudin, son of two radicals from late 60s early 70s, the weather underground, Kathy boudin and David Hilbert

proud, Isn't that what they do in c*******t countries? These people are sick. They have serious psychosis, that is not their fault. They should be treated with medications and therapy as appropriate.
Donald Trump doesn't have a psychosis, he has a character disorder. He is a sociopath. There is no medication or therapy for this kind of disturbance. It is far more dangerous than any psychosis. He has no sympathy or empathy for others. He is not capable of remorse, and so much more. All he cares about is himself, and his own fragile ego. If anybody should be put in prison, it is Trump!

LOL

Nothing at all about President Trump in this thread - but you have to bring him up. Appears to be some sort of psychosis that you have with this continual fixation.

Isn't it interesting how many Lefties on OPP interject their own psychiatric observations of President Trump when the discussion isn't about him? TDS is a serious disorder and those who exhibit it should be checked out by experienced mental health experts, or as Psaki suggested: go and have a Margarita!

Sadly, you resort to a lie.

Pathetic
