Well, we definitely need something.. These homeless people are not just homeless, but they are murderers too... So yes, they need to be put in prisons' mentally insane wards and put on meds .... I don't want these people free k*****g innocent Americans!!!

proud, I remember the day the courts ruled that the mental disturbed could not be held in mental institutions without their permission. I was a street vender in Washington DC at the time. I was doing street vending during the summer. It seems that all these people paraded down K street. One guy we called General Admiral wore all kinds of military stuff. I was puzzled how the courts could free all these folks who were not capable of good decisions. Most of them, if not all were psychotic. These folks are not considered dangerous. We had a psychotic kid at my school. His mother was a faith healer, so he didn't take meds. He sexually assaulted several teachers and students. When he missed the bus to school, he went to the local elementary school. Hows that for scary? We had to let him go because he wasn't safe without medication.
