Too many people of all colors, denominations, and ethnic backgrounds are not aware of the world around them.

What are the characteristics of Hicks?
Most hicks enjoy hobbies such as: hunting, fishing, mudding, NASCAR ( not so much for me - I prefer Formula I racing), football, taking care of animals, drinking socially, etc... It is said they are uneducated but this is simply a stereotype and many go to college. Hicks tend to be very hard working and many are farmers.

To me a "hick" means someone not from a city. So I find hick a compliment rather than a slur. Seems the bulk of people who live in cities are whackadoodle, and have a highly overrated opinion of their own importance and knowledge. Just my opinion🌞😊
