COPD is horrible. Don't need an oxygen bottle like so people but being ' winded' all the time is a real b***h.

I know how that feels. One of the first things I have to do in the morning is give my cat his insulin injection. I have to lift him and put him in position to take the shot, and that takes the wind out of me, momentarily. Fortunately, he's very good about taking his shot, so I don't have to worry about wrestling with him.
Balance and breathing are my daily challenges.
