He is resigning now so they can have a replacement confirmed . If they wait until GOP takes Senate they will have to avoid appointing another far left radical. This is actually tactical on their part.

I think I'll throw a party!!!! I heard something in late August about obama is going to give holder a Supreme Court Judge position when that old bat ( can't recall her name at the second ) retires. Could holders resignation have anything to do with that?? Just so you h**ers realize I know fully how an appointment is made. I'm just saying I heard something.
