Thanks Permi. How's the dog?

Giving my the eye this morning.. he did not like being scrubbed down outside yesterday in low 40s temp..

but the great news is that is worked and he spent the night inside and cozy..

He is now sleeping on his personal love seat of a bed and I bet he will love me when feeding time arrives.

Great stuff the you recommended...

Someone told me years ago Listerine and Scope mouthwashes work. But I don’t remember the particulars.

That is a new one to me... seems as if it would do some good. Archie brand did the job very well.

He weighs over 20 Lbs.
Look at those abbs....like a 6 pack!!

What a fine sleek animal.. wow... We have a survivor called retread, was run over by a car as a half grown kitten.. busted up and doing the Yawning thing near dead cats do. but survived and now runs the place most of the time.. she is chased hard by dogs outside, but inside they cuddle up and sleep in a heap.. crazy..

20 lbs.. that out does any cat we have had that that is saying a great deal..

keep him working he will sleep better..

Their attitude after a bath can be hysterical… ignore you to yip at you to hiding from you the minute you say bath time and finish …

Food will do the trick and he’ll be back to loven on you all day…Likely until you tell him ok, enough now…

Hope you didn’t freeze in that 40*, your a good pupdaddy..

Just a dusting here but mountains got plenty.. Supposedly more coming today and it looks it.. Stay warm…🌕🌞

While my dog looks like a hero... he is dumb as a brick..

Just moments ago, I went into the old barn to pull out a couple of sawhorses..

crazy dog pushed in as well. both of them.. they did a bit of scurrying around and the rushed into the area below the old ladder to the loft..

Barking, yelping, a pale yellow fog. then howling, rushing outside, rolling in the leaves and dirt.. Lost his lunch..

Stink to the end of earth.. yes , they found a skunk and paid the price.. skunk is hiding again, dog is no longer foaming and yelping.. maybe in a month or so he can come back in the house.. while he looks like a hero, he is sissy, a bully and thinks he is a house dog.. but not with that stink... how to remove it.. some products at several stores.. but I need a home remedy rather then make the journey.
While my dog looks like a hero... he is dumb as a ... (show quote)

Baking soda and vinegar.Shake a box into their fur and pour vinegar on it It foams the oil the skunk sprays on them. Trust me I was in a store at 1am in the morning buying it. You need a gallon of via her 1 box of soda. My dogs are inside at night we let them out to pee before we went to bed.Wash down with hose after your done it helps alot. They got back in the living room before we kicked them back out. Had to sleep with all the windows open for 3 days.lol.

Well, Mr. h**eful, grumpy old guy. Here is what we use. Saw your post, and retrieved it from the laundry room shelf for this picture. We get it at Petco, and always keep it around because our dogs ain't that bright. Might have something to do with them being affiliated to a certain political party, but, we love em anyway. And this stuff works!
Sorry if you have to go to town to get it. That's why we got extra. It works!!

I know several people who have used that product and said it really did work. Fortunately we have not needed to use it, so the container is still unopened. It is our custom to shoot skunks, rats, and other vermin when ever we see them. Accidentally shot a cat once, felt guilty about it but had the body autopsied and found it did have rabies, so the decision was a valid one after all.
