Pelosi and friends are trying to pass a law removing the president's ability to have access to order a strike they want congress to make that decision. Whether it is in case Trump gets back in office or Biden goes on a tear. There are plenty of things on the checklist all ready a president has to get them all checked off before he can pull the trigger. I think congress is just looking for another power grab but who knows
