Trump ran on the Progressive Platform .
And so called …won.
After he won he forgot all about it.
Apparently so did his constituents.

Complete nonsense. Trump's campaigning could not have been more conservative.

Marx saw that the elite would take over with capitalism and control everything. Our bought and paid for politicians prove his point. Progressives support a system that is fairer to all people.
Marxism is a social, political, and economic philosophy named after Karl Marx. It examines the effect of capitalism on labor, productivity, and economic development and argues for a worker revolution to overturn capitalism in favor of c*******m.

And look how well it worked out in Russia! Every person was equal (except the politiburo and the bureaucrats, who were MORE equal). Why, you could see the happy smiles among the long lines of 'equal' people while they waited for hours to buy a loaf of bread or a few potatoes. And look how well the minorities were treated! Black, Brown, White, Jewish, Asian.......it did not matter ALL were tortured in equal measure by the KGB. Of course, Russia had over fifty years to perfect the system and get it right. The American progressives, being so much smarter, already have us half way there.

And it STILL isn't feasible, even after 50 years of trying to make it workable. But let's keep trying, and eventually we'll get it right! Once we do, then and ONLY then can we start credibly eliminating f****l f**ls.

We have exactly that now. The rich get tax breaks for taxes that they don’t pay anyway. The average people have to pay through the nose. Look at senima, she has collected almost a billion from big pharma, that is the only reason she will not v**e to allow shopping for cheaper drugs. That’s the government that we have.

Oh, really! When was the last time you stood in line for hours to buy food? The Russian standard of living, at it's height, was no better than the 1890s in the USA. The last time I had to wait in line for gasoline, for more than a few minutes, was when Jimmy Carter was screwing up the economy. I see it for us again in the near future, thanks to Biden.
And what is it with you and this "tax the rich" garbage? If someone is not paying what they are legally required to they go to jail. There are MANY rich people who have wound up in prison for violating economic laws. Wesley Snipes. Martha Stewart. Not to mention for other crimes. McAfee. Madoff. Bill Cosby. Weinstein. Epstein, etc. The rich are held accountable in the USA more than any other country in the world.
Somebody has sold you a bill of goods, that the rich are stealing from the poor, and you have bought into it hook, line, and sinker. There is no doubt that some....maybe even many, rich people abuse their authority. When they are caught, they are punished. You have never been able to credibly support ridiculous statements like the one you made above.
Here in the USA we have the richest poor class in the world. Virtually EVERYONE mentally fit has a cell phone. The vast majority of the "poor" live in a home with heat and AC, have a vehicle, have a flat screen TV with internet and cable, and get more than enough to eat. There are, of course, exceptions. Usually attributable to mental illness, alcohol or drug use, and how many of the 'poor' spend $200 a month or more on cigarettes?
Our system is not perfect, but it is gradually improving. Before you demand that the USA change a system that works so well for so many people, try offering something better. Try it out in DC, or California, or New York, and SHOW us that it works. That would convince a whole lot more of us than the incoherent repetitive babbling you insist on engaging in.

The latest government data show that in 2018, the top 1% of income earners—those who earned more than $540,000—earned 21% of all U.S. income while paying 40% of all federal income taxes.

The top 10% earned 48% of the income and paid 71% of federal income taxes.

Kyrsten Sinema, Democrat.

You're right the rich don't pay their taxes sometimes . And it was brought to light yesterday that Joe Biden owes $500,000 in back taxes moldy. What's your defense you're going to run to for him ? I'm sure you'll have some off the wall explanation. Let me guess ? He forgot to put stamps on the tax envelope and never made it to its destination , and it's been laying in some forgotten post office box for the past 5 years .

Yes, it was conservative but not way right of center. However, the Marxists on the left prefer an Alice in Wonderland version of the world where "a word shall mean what I want it to mean, nothing more, nothing less, which is where the confusion comes in (intentionally)

The US should actually follow its own rules. We started with only land owners being able to v**e. The republicans are trying to revert to that. As for the gas shortage under Carter, I personally witnessed tanker trucks filling up the underground tanks at closed gas stations. Ripped off again by Exxon.

Turmoil in Iran, a major petroleum exporting country, caused the global supply of crude oil to decline significantly, triggering noteworthy shortages, and a surge in panic buying—within 12 months, the price per barrel of this widely used resource almost doubled to $39.50.
The 1979 Oil Crisis, also known as the 1979 Oil Shock or Second Oil Crisis, was an energy crisis caused by a drop in oil production in the wake of the Iranian Revolution. Although the global oil supply only decreased by approximately four percent,[2] the oil markets' reaction raised the price of crude oil drastically over the next 12 months, more than doubling it to $39.50 per barrel. The spike in price caused fuel shortages and long lines at gas stations similar to the 1973 oil crisis.
n 1980, following the onset of the Iran–Iraq War, oil production in Iran fell drastically.
Iraq's oil production also dropped significantly, triggering economic recessions worldwide.
Oil prices did not return to pre-crisis levels until the mid-1980s.

When Jimmy Carter took office in January 1977, unemployment had reached 7.4 percent. Carter responded with an ambitious spending program and called for the Federal Reserve (the Fed) to expand the money supply.
Within two years, inflation had climbed to 13.3 percent.
The 30-year fixed averaged 8.81% during November 1976.
It averaged a LOWER 8.67% for February 1977, the month after Carter's inauguration.
It ended the year 1977 HIGHER at 8.96%.
Interest rates were as high as 22% during Carter's presidency.

Where on earth do you come up with this nonsense.??? The republicans only want landowners to v**e? LOL. Says WHO? Certainly not the republicans!
As for the other, I'm very sorry to say this, but I simply do not believe you. First of all, you have a long sordid history of making up "facts" to rationalize your opinion. And even if you saw something, how is a young lady going to observe a tanker truck and have any idea what it is doing? I think, if there is any t***h in your statement at all, it is a case of a young person, naive to the world, making false assumptions. You have a history of doing that, too.
And last of all, it sounds like you are implying that the storage tanks of the service stations were filled, then just left the gasoline there. Here's a thought. If they do not sell it, then they make no money. Duh/ The gasoline shortages of the early 70s were caused by three factors. A complete joke of an energy policy....implimented by Carter. OPEC policies.....accepted meekly by Carter and the democrats, and the lack of US oil refineries.....again a democrat and Carter policy.

The oil barons will use any excuse to raise prices. When the east coast got hacked, the gas in California went up first, even though they were not affected.

You have absolutely no knowledge of the workings in energy markets
