The fact of the matter is that charges are starting with the lightest ones because very lenient plea deals are being struck, anyone being held or charged at this point is guilty as charged because of the video and social media evidence...the plea deals are super light compared to the sentences on the charges that could be brought.
Surely you are not going to try to say that all of these are patriots exercising rights so they deserve not to be charged?
