Hard to conjure up thoughts of the rice that China must grow to sustain their tremendous population, you would think they would learn to make gravy.

Funny story: While working in Dutch Harbor, AK. with people from all over the world who eat rice every day of their lives I turned a couple of them on to the idea of butter and/or gravy with rice.
They were kinda tripped by it, at first.
