Specific Constitutional requirements are absent for many things in our country. When not explicitly defined, these items are relegated to the States or the People. The Constitution explicitly puts e******ns in the hands of State Legislatures.

So it's either 36/50 (72%) or 36/57 (63% - Obama, Beaverton Oregon Mar 27, 2015) states which constitutes a clear majority, not "only" that require a form of ID.

As both a nimrod and a nitwit, I had to actually read the referenced article. Now I'm educated, you dolt.

Four out of ten (40%) states that require photo ID does not constitute a majority (southern red), you double dolt!
(Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi & Tennessee).

The legislatures in those states know that people will lie and c***t at the v****g booth.

If you want to know who the nimrods and nitwits are, look no farther than their political affiliation - most, if not all, are demonrats. (Hint: the original poster of this topic is chief among them.)๐Ÿ˜Ž

You and your ilk conjure an issue when there is none.

1) Know when your local e******ns are held. (usually November)
2) Know your polling places
3) Get an approved state ID
4) Show up and v**e.

It is June. You have 5 months to take care of items 1, 2 and 3. If you can't get that done in time, you really do not want to v**e.

Regargless, change the constitution if you want to have federal e******n control. Tell me again what branch of government serves as an example of being well run? Post Office? IRS?

Instead of โ€œreally do not want to v**eโ€ change it to โ€œreally too stupid to v**eโ€.

Too bad they don't know that there is NO constitutional requirement for v**er ID, and that v****g laws are left up to the individual states.

And only 36 states require any form of v**er ID.

To help educate the various nitwits and nimrods, the attached link will provide the current state requirements for v****g.

And since the majority of states that require photo ID are the red southern states, the legislators must think that the v**ers in their states cannot be trusted.

Slick Willie had his law license suspended and finally was disbarred.

He does maintain his license to smoke Monica flavored cigars.

If you want to avoid a long line, v**e early. If v****g is not important enough for you to wait in line, don't v**e. If you are physically challenged, get an absentee b****t. You have 5 months.

The Post Office is a huge money loser. In cities the PO is riddled with unionized incompetence. Meanwhile, Commercial carriers are efficient and profitable. I do not know what ATC is. FAA from an in-air safety standpoint does well.

Trump made money for the post office by leasing their DC building and turning it into a luxury hotel. Although I'm challenged to understand why you bring Trump into this thread. Is he living Rent Free in you head, still? Do you still need him to be your "devil" to distract you from what the left is doing to our country?

I think it is Trump's "BIG LIE" about alleged v***r f***d that prompted Republican led states to propose legislation that would further discourage some people from v****g. They probably believe that when more people v**e, Republicans lose.

Giuliani did more than express an opinion. He was found guilty of knowingly misrepresenting facts and making false statements in connection with his representation of his client, Trump. Giuliani's defense was that he really didn't know what he was talking about.

The debate about v**er ID is over, and YOU LOST, BIG!

An overwhelming majority (81%) of respondents also said they support v**ers being required to show ID in order to v**e, including 62% of Democrats.

We've come to the point in our history where ultra partisanship rules, and that means whichever party controls a state, that party can usually put rules in place declaring who will have no trouble v****g and who will. 36 Republican controlled states are doing that right now. We need national standards and rules which override state regulations so that EVERY citizen regargless of party has free and convenient access to the b****t box.

They already do
