Defendant, who prosecutors say stormed Capitol in a Q***n shirt, says he 'fell victim' to conspiracies and was fed 'a pack of lies' by Trump

Doug Jensen, an Iowa man, was jailed early Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021 on federal charges, including trespassing and disorderly conduct counts, for his alleged role in the Capitol r**t.

Jensen was indicted on several federal charges related to the J****** 6 i**********n, and is seeking a release from custody ahead of his arraignment hearing, arguing that he "fell victim" to conspiracy theories.

The new request for release was issued ahead of Jensen's arraignment at a DC federal court on Tuesday. His attorney claimed that Jensen has been "languishing" in a DC jail for six months. He was arrested five months ago.

Prosecutors say that in several v***l videos, Jensen can be seen in front of C*****l P****e Officer Eugene Goodman, as well as other officers, amid one of the first waves of r****rs to break into the Capitol. He's pictured sporting a T-shirt with a Q***n logo with an eagle in the center, accompanied by the group's slogan.

In new court documents, Jensen's attorney Christopher Davis is calling for his client's release on the basis that Jensen "feels deceived, recognizing that he bought into a pack of lies" by former President Donald Trump. Davis claims that his client was only at the rally to observe and that Trump corrupted him.

Is it possible that Trump could be reinstated as president as early as August if the e******n audits in states whose results he is still trying to overturn prove to be invalid?

No, the “audits” are not audits run by an impartial fact finding group, they are Trump and his allies faking one that no one should/could take seriously. This is essentially Trump supporters counting b****ts, likely changing them and discarding those they don’t like. Arizona had 2 audits overseen by both parties and conducted honestly and in the full light of day. This has all the appearances of a secretive, dishonest pretend non-viable audit run by those friendly to the former president.

Most importantly, the e*******l college v**ed, each state certified the e******n, it is over. Arizona, Pennsylvania and Georgia all audited, counted and recounted and the audits were carefully observed. This has no one observing and the company running it is Trump-friendly. Again, no one should take it seriously.

You can assert all you like for the good it will do. We are going to produce irrefutable forensic evidence and it won't matter what anyone thinks of who produces it.

We believe this has been going on for many e******ns. Not just the last one and there won't be a 2022 until this is resolved.

It also takes an act of supreme cognitive dissonance to proclaim 2012 "safe", 2016 "r****d" by Russia and 2020 "safe" again when the riggers had 4 years to rig it for themselves.
