Because when SheHeIt is pronounced it is alleratively similar to the pronunciation of the word S**T?

Oh.

Hehehehehe.

One wonders if that would make fellows with overweening wit and a desire to be. . A bit pejorative, let's say . . . want to endorse that more awkward term over the already in general use term, them?

And explains their interlocutor's (a term that is neutral and non pejorative!) reluctance.

Why should we capitulate to such silliness as "non-binary?" Why no address the obvious mental heath problems instead?

What's the problem?

There is no causative psychiatric diagnosis for the non binary condition. To stretch the narrative, one might consider the concomitant dysphoric after effects, including PTSD or depression some suffer while trying to hide, please or mollify everyone else or deny the basic reality they experience in their felt existence.

Or folks could just stop bullying people who are different from them.

That'd be good.

Many g****r normative people, like you (one might guess) also support the basic dignity of other humans to be addressed in a preferred way, and some of those observing the bullying abuse, like me (one might guess) lend their support to the underdog.

You were very intensely eager this past week for some as yet undisclosed reason, to argue or question my announced preference for my personal pronouns after you misg****red me due to the fact that my avatar name is a g****r neutral term and you found me to be as intelligent and erudite as most educated white men of your experience, one might presume! Over three days time and tens of postings, EmilyD!

A novel experience, since my generous mammary endowment makes misg****ring my biological sex doubtful, person to person. So it it interesting to speak to this question, following that experience.

Never mind that old can of worms, I FORGIVE you.....

Let's move on.

My point here is that your number might be a gross undercalculation (in order of magnitude!) due to the presence of g****r normative people who might support g****r q***r terminology and pronouns.

Do you prefer to hear someone use the term, "your Christian God," or "your awful god?"

Some find the terms more or less synonymous.

There are actually quite a few g****r neutral terms for those people... But OPP won't let us post most of them🤣🤣🤣🤣

I recently saw an article protesting the teaching in US schools of STANDARD ENGLISH USAGE of third person pronouns regarding a lesson plan that was virtually identical to one from some decades earlier. This stuff is not new.

As in, "... the parents of the Bride thank you for attending. THEY wish to also extend a thanks to..."

How hard was that?

Why, suddenly, is it common to see educated people neglecting to realize the use of g****r neutral pronouns has been standard for centuries whenever the g****r of the object is unknown or ambiguous!? Only when you consciously think about it to confound the question with your new emotional bias, is there any problem naturally thinking of the appropriate word(s).

I didn't think this thread was about you....or me. If you want to make it that, good for you. But I am not interested in responding to your accusations, comments or questions about anything.... here or anywhere else, as I already made clear to you on the other thread. I would prefer you leave me out of your posts altogether. Thanking you in anticipation of that...EmilyD

Now that’s the t***h. This has been going on for too many years. Things are being run by a twisted minority. Even the Presidency was won by a minority, I guess, because Trump had the most legitimate v**es.

Correct. It's a discussion of posters thoughts and opinions about pronoun usage.

I thought our exchange was a completely and eerily prescient almost perfect example to illustrate tbe point that it is not a 96/4% split opinion. You and another poster were very pleased to voluntarily produce and publish, with giggling and baited breaths, I imagined, your thoughts and behavior there. I don't ever have to mention it again, but it's still gonna be there.

This is the open discussion section of a public opinion forum.

If you don't wish to invite public replies, you could use private messages, exclusively.

If you feel I have violated posting guidelines, ADMIN might assist in adjusting your expectations.

But after I felt obliged to post the message captured below, I imagine your and your companion's ardor has cooled for that kind of horseplay by now, yes?

And now you wish no one would notice how yall had gotten carried away with your cleverness before this happened, right?

Next time don't post it free for all on imperishable digital media.

It's the closest thing to eternal humankind has yet reached!

Sure, I'll keep your "secret."

Why would you post a screenshot on this topic of your response to Radiance 3 on another thread? That is a very unbalanced and strange thing to do....and it is why....Once again I am not interested in responding to any of your accusations, comments or questions here or anywhere else on this forum. Do you understand this?

I'm done with this.

If true Republicans keep canceling no true Republicans, their numbers could dwindle to less than that. Ask Liz.

I, myself, felt it was eerily and perfectly pertinent in the natural flow of this conversation, to the instances referred to as "bullying" over third person pronouns. You and Radiance3 spent days purposely and maliciously misg****ring posts addressed to or about me, with elaborating claptrap, despite my requests for you to stop! But now you think I should not mirror your own demonstrated behavior about a request to desist?!?

Another thing I continue to not understand is if you don't want to respond, why not carefully avoid that "Send" button.

If you haven't the ability to figure it out yourself, the screenshot was an abbreviated preview, a TRAILER, like for film releases, demonstrating the quality and tenor of your mutual t***sgressions and my responses while only hinting at the volume of time and effort required to produce or further your "jest" or the "filthy communications out of your mouths, metaphorically," while sparing the casual reader the chore and brainshrink required to wade through the whole three days of muck only to find a couple reply posts conforming to ADMIN guidelines on conforming to topics under discussion.

I expect, however, unlike a movie trailer, most would be repulsed at the idea of digging deeper into what we went through and experienced due to your and Radiance3's persistent inability to return to the proper discussion.

Think of it an illustrated "trigger warning."

Not complaining. Explaining. Because you asked me!

Just more division designed to divert attention and split us further apart while the g*******t puppeteers stealthily advance their agenda. Common sense must prevail.

It would be nice if we all demanded logic. A syllogism goes a long to promoting common sense. Besides, if we can't trust those in power of our own republic then who can we trust to rule the world? Whomever has the biggest military? I don't like that idea. Long live the constitution.

I witnessed Demi Lovato, a non-binary person, commit a crime and run. The police showed up almost instantly! I told the police "they" went up the street. The police saw one person who looked like Demi Lovato going to the right and another group heading quickly in the other direction. Some looked a lot like Demi Lovato. The police followed the group and Demi got away. Since when does "they" refer to more than one "something/person/sexual being/etc" in one body?? Three Faces of Eve aside, that person does not get to be a they, or a them, or a y'all.
