The burden of proof is on those making the allegations. Too bad the courts have refused to adjudicate or even hear the evidence.

The Secretary of State for each state heard the evidence, audited the b****ts, and to a person Republican and Democrat, all said there was no v***r f***d. Bill Barr dismissed the notion of v***r f***d--saying none was evident. Trump's own P**********l Advisory Commission on E******n Integrity found no v***r f***d. You're right, the burden of proof is on the person making the accusation and neither Trump nor any of his cronies were able to meet that burden.

D******n security director Eric Coomer filed a Colorado defamation lawsuit in December against Newsmax, competitor One America News, the Trump campaign and several Trump-affiliated lawyers, accusing them of falsely linking him to a vast, shadowy, high-tech (and nonexistent) plot to rig the 2020 e******n.

This approach has occasionally landed the network in hot water: After e******n software company Smartmatic threatened to sue Newsmax in December, the channel broadcast an on-air statement rebutting allegations against both Smartmatic and its competitor, D******n. Plus, on at least two separate occasions, anchors for Newsmax have interrupted interviews with Trump-supporting MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell after he tried to repeat v**e-rigging claims on-air.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR

Coomer is still suing a litany of other Trump-adjacent figures, including the Trump campaign, lawyers Powell and Rudy Giuliani, One America News, and the far-right website Gateway Pundit. Coomer’s lawyers said he’s seeking punitive damages.

TANGENT

Coomer’s suit isn’t the only legal threat to confront Newsmax and its competitors. Both D******n and Smartmatic have threatened to sue Newsmax and One America News, and the two v****g systems companies are currently suing Fox News, which has called the efforts “baseless.”

You make the same claims over and over. Those you mention haven't seen the evidence. If these lawsuits go forward, the accusers will get to present it. No court has heard it as yet.
