Given the amount of false allegations against Trump by who knows how many "news" outlets based upon anonymous "sources," I guess Trump would have a pretty good case for billion dollar lawsuits against each and every one of those as well if D******n has a valid case. They screwed Trump out of a second term as president of the USA with their slanderous "reporting."

Since when is a news outlet supposed to find proof of allegations being made by others? We all heard the allegations and news outlets reported the allegations. Newsmax simply reported the allegations while your l*****t outlets tried to hide them just as they hid so much about H****r and his laptop, just to mention one thing.

The burden of proof is on those making the allegations. Too bad the courts have refused to adjudicate or even hear the evidence.

D******n knows that knowing something is not the same as proving it. It's been proven those machines can be easily hacked or manipulated. However; proving they were is anther matter. The cost to Newsmax or an individual to prove machines were hacked would be daunting while D******n can afford it. It's easier and more cost effective to drop a lawsuit or settle even if right or wrong.

Why would Newsmax be required to prove the allegations? Isn't that up to those who made the allegations? Reporting them doesn't mean Newsmax is making them.

Sure it is. Probably why all that was required was an apology. Then the news media and gullible progressive i***ts on OPP can say, see, they lied. We all know what happened. This e******n was s****n plain and simple. Math and statistics along with common sense proves it. The t***h is progressives wouldn't care if the Democrats came out and admitted it. Just like in Georgia everyone knows their new e******n laws are more lenient than most states. didn't stop them from lying and calling for boycotting.
