Dancing to good music has been my greatest joy in life, whether it was ballroom, nightclub, dance hall or just at party time!

Too bad my balance is shot now, but I do listen to the music and dream!

Dancing girls are always welcome, but I shy away from historical costumes as they are usually very uncomfortable and itchy! Somehow, I cannot imagine dancing to Beethoven's Fifth. Moonlight Sonata is more to my taste, or anything from Jackie Gleason with Bobby Hackett on trumpet!

Interesting choice in music. You might like
MOONLIGHT SONATA performed by Tina S. on an electric guitar. It's on You- Tube. and worth a listen.

A lot of t***h in this!! Our boredom often stagnates our thought process where the dance is almost forced out just to find a varying degree of stimulation..

I often wonder if our “need” to be obtuse or raving in our self illusion of grandiosity is more of what we are than what we believe we are..

I think my sarcasm leaves little doubt as to my position on political matters. I am quite Conservative on most issues, and somewhat Liberal on others. My views?
I believe in God, although I am not a subscriber to organized religion.
I took an oath when I enlisted in the Army to defend the Constitution and I don't consider myself absolved.
I believe that a nation without secure borders is not a nation.
I believe the comments of the men who wrote the Constitution leave little doubt as to their intent. Word meanings change, intent does not, for those who would try to subvert or re-write the Constitution.
I believe that in most cases, you should be required to show up in person with picture ID to v**e. Absentee b****ts were intended for people who were unable to do so for a valid reason, and still require proof of ID and of need.
I think that most Progressives are myopic fools who have yet to realize you can only take so much out before you have to put back in.
I think that people who oppose subsistence or sport hunting should be required to only consume meat that died of old age or suicide; but I oppose commercial hunting as in seals and whales.
More later.

Ah! Her sk**ls are great, but to my ear it turned out to be a cacophony of overdriven sound.

Well I can tell you from just reading your posts the things you shared here are evident.. Thank You for standing and leaving no doubt of your positions..

I stand for the Constitution first and above all..What you said is absolutely correct...
I stand for our Vets chastised, ridiculed and left homeless because they stood for the freedom and safety of our Country..
I believe in God but not denominational affiliation, not bound by their beliefs or imposed by them..
I believe in the three bodies of government, not one on anything..
I believe in secure borders and only a small percentage allowed in annually.. They must be self sustaining and have verifiable vetting paperwork.. If not well try 5 years later.
I believe IDs for v****g should be mandatory..
I strongly believe in term limits from the SCOTUS down to mayors.. The analogy that the Supreme Courts Justices be lifers to keep the foundation of the Constitution in tack is no longer valid having allowed themselves to become polarized by politics..< was never the intent of them.>
I do not claim affiliation to any party, haven’t for years now.. I lean right fiscally and left on some social programs I do support..I v**e the person(s) most aligned to my beliefs, party be damned.
I believe the progressive movement is one of pure destruction to the foundation of this country and exiled would be better!!
Call me what you wish, I am comfortable in who I am and my beliefs..
Also I strongly believe in mankind, humanity and the adage to “ love one another.”.. Albeit most difficult to achieve..

So there you go a bit on my views..

As a youngster, I was assured that Jesus would cry if I engaged in dancing. Well,.... up to fifth grade, it only made him cranky, and I was allowed to learn square dancing and rudimentary ballroom etiquette up to then. Once I grew huge boobs, though, my dancing seemed to make Jesus's Dad livid, according to my new pastor, who would also became assistant coach at my grammar school and thus taught my P.E. classes!

His pastor self gave his PE Teacher self an ironclad excuse for me to sit out of PE when the Auxiliary Resources teacher came once a week to teach the dance classes....

So, on top of being physically ungraceful from my disability, and despite a popularly alluring decolletage, I never learned many dance moves and have a cringe reaction to being observed expressing my emotions by moving in public.

A real gem of a physical education! Body positivity be damned, at least the horny six grade boys didn't end up in Hell on my account.

Agreed! But, not much hope for happiness and a compatible direction today.

It’s a choice we get to make every day.
No mystery there.
You can choose how happy you want to be every day.
Be the change you want to see.

It's amazing she plays so well that far away from the keyboard! Of course with legs that long, she is so tall that everything on earth is a far reach.

Yes, I'm envious! All 60 inches of me!

For me, there are nearby happiness factors, and both national and global sadness factors to cope with. The nearby is really easy to love: the global is where the grief lies!

One of the reasons I condensed a couple or three grades and went directly to university.
