Well in essence the aborting of a “fetus” not yet defined as a living self or self sustaining outside the womb does allow it based on the Supreme Court when they defined first 24 weeks then reduced to 21 weeks before the fetus was now considered a baby..
Court ruled that the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an a******n without excessive government restriction...
