You could get better and excellent "tips" from these politicians
Bernie Sanders never owned a business +- 2 million.
Sanders and his wife, Jane O'Meara Sanders, own three houses: a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home in Burlington, which they bought for $405,000 in 2009; a row house in D.C., which they picked up for $489,000 in 2007; and a vacation home north of Burlington, which the Sanders bought for $575,000 in cash, shortly after the Senator ended his 2016 campaign. They currently have one mortgage, estimated at $250,001 to $500,000, per CNBC.
How Joe Biden Went from Middle-Class Joe to a Millionaire
Never owned a business
As recently as November 2009, Joe Biden's net worth was less than $30,000
Forbes estimates that he has a net worth of $9 million.
Some digging, more likely discovered.

How does that happen only in our government? More digging is required.

If the topic is gun control and the NRA is truly bankrupt, we might finally have enough v**es to get reasonable gun control measures passed. The NRA will have no money left to buy v**es to obstruct the legislation.

Your basic assumption is in error. Gun control fails not because the NRA buys v**es ( I don't believe it does, but I could be wrong ) but because it against the Constitution, and because every gun control effort only affects legal gun owners, not criminals.
Do you use alcohol or drugs?
Do you drive a vehicle?
Do you ride a bicycle?
How about a motorcycle?
Do you use tobacco?
If you do even one of these, you empower far more deaths in any given time frame then legally owned firearms.

My basic assumption is that if the corrupt NRA is broken financially, the pro-gun lobby gets weaker, and the gun control effort gets stronger. A majority of Americans say gun laws should be stricter.

NRA says strongest financial position 'in years' despite filing for bankruptcy. Here's why
Gun group claims move is not about finances but because of 'political attacks'
"This action is necessitated primarily by one thing: the unhinged and political attack against the NRA by the New York Attorney General," the NRA's website reads.

What stricter law will keep a criminal from using a gun?

Look how well stricter laws worked with drugs.

The laws on the books need to be enforced as they are.

How will new laws make the country safe from my legally purchased, with money EARNED by the sweat of my brow, guns?

Maybe taking the scary looking parts off of some of them? Make me a criminal for owning a gun with scary looking parts?

Nope. A majority of Americans have been unnecessary frightened into believing that making guns harder to LEGALLY acquire and own will make them and their children safer, when the opposite is true. Legal gun ownership saves lives and prevents crime. Not even the gun control lobby can credibly argue otherwise. The basic (and utterly STUPID) assumption behind all the gun control attempts is that if handguns are banned, then NO ONE will have them. That is easily proved to be absolutely false.

New York Attorney General, Letitia James, said the NRA "operated as a breeding ground for greed, abuse and brazen illegality." The same could be said of the Trump Organization. Stay tuned for breaking news on this topic.

Are you a criminal, or just an ordinary hard-working gun lover? Enforcing gun laws are directed at preventing determined criminals from k*****g innocent people with their guns (or your guns). You will probably be left out of the target population.

What, exactly, is the "target" population?

Individuals who are determined to k**l people using their guns. Gun laws attempt to prevent criminals from murdering innocent people. It is estimated that American civilians own 393 Million guns, both legally and otherwise. Nobody really knows the actual number. Crime fighters believe guns should be harder to acquire and easier to trace.

Let's compromise here.

I'll go with stricter gun laws, if you give me stricter a******n laws.

Deal?

No surprise, another liberal democrat overexerting authority.
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The National Rifle Association filed a countersuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James, saying she lacks authority to invoke state laws governing nonprofits in her zeal to destroy the gun-rights group.
Bankruptcy filings normally halt existing litigation, but James has said she deserves an exemption to enforce her “police and regulatory power.”
The case is New York v. National Rifle Association et al,
New York State Supreme Court, New York County, No. 451625/2020.

I'm on the side of the Constitution on the subject of ending a pregnancy. Row v. Wade made it clear when it ruled the Constitution of the United States protects a pregnant woman's liberty to choose to have an a******n without excessive government restrictions.

The Supreme Court mentioned it in its ruling on Row v. Wade.
