I would hope that in a secret v**e many Democrats would v**e to acquit since they would not have to worry about party loyalty. The invasion started 10 min before the end of Trump's speech, which did not call for violence and would take 40 min for anyone to walk from the speech so the incitement to erection(Schumer's word, i**********n just as stupid) charge is ridiculous. Democrats know this and I think many are honorable, but feel trapped by the circumstance.

This is a man who fired members of his staff for disagreeing with him (a violation of the right of Free Speech), who tried to destroy the media for criticizing him (violating the right of a Free Press), who ordered federal agents to use force against peaceful protesters in Chicago and other cities, to arrest them without charges or just cause, load them into unmarked cars and trucks and spirit them away to unknown locations, to lock them up indefinitely, to not allow them access to telephones to get help in proving their innocence (violating their right of peaceful assembly, the right to petition, the right to legal counsel, the right to bail, the right of habeas corpus), ordering similar methods against equally peaceful protesters in Washington DC itself for the purpose of chasing them away from the vicinity of a church, so he could pose in front of the church with a Bible in his hand (UPSIDE DOWN, YET!), just to put himself in good with those equally hypocritical religious fundamentalists, who advocated the use of extralegal methods against r****rs and alleged criminals, including summary executions without a fair trial (a violation of the Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments), who supported the torturing of suspected terrorists to make them confess (breaking the Fifth Amendment guarantee against self-incrimination and the Eighth Amendment prohibition of "cruel and unusual punishments"), who talked about running for a third term as President (violating the 22nd Amendment, which limits the President to only two four-year terms, an Amendment that, ironically, was supported by REPUBLICANS, who disapproved of Franklin Delano Roosevelt being elected four times), who suggested that he should be President-For-Life, even though nothing in the Constitution allows such things, not to mention the fact that being a President-For-Life is tantamount to being a DICTATOR, which is how Trump often acted like, who even thought he had a right to reign supreme, that he could run the Government in any way he pleased, no matter how unconstitutional it was, that he didn't have to get consent from Congress, and that he could ignore any Supreme Court ruling against him (when the High Court did declare one of his policies to be unconstitutional, Trump, in his usual, petulant, childish way, whined that "the Supreme Court doesn't like me"), something that would go against the constitutional requirement of the checks and balances and the balance of power that has maintained our constitutional form of Government, thus preventing any member of the Government from obtaining too much power, which would only lead to a dictatorship, which is basically what Trump wanted for HIMSELF! Furthermore, there were all his Republican supporters and enablers who were more than willing to help him gain that sort of Un-American power.

And yet, we're supposed to believe that only the DEMOCRATS wanted to "destroy the Constitution"?

Fact is, v***r f***d occurred on a massive scale primarily in the battleground states. It was the most diabolical plan to o*******w an e******n ever perpetrated on the American people. Violations of our Constitution and of state v****g laws occurred with unprecedented aggression against the Rule of Law.

Based on political and v****g statistics, Joe Biden could not possibly have won the e******n without launching what he himself called the "most extensive and inclusive v***r f***d organization in the history of American politics."

FYI: Even the most rigorous scholarship will not reveal one word by any of our founders on impeaching a private citizen. It is not in our Constitution, never mentioned in the Federalist Papers, nor has such a thing ever occurred in our history.

The US Congress is the legislative branch of government, it is not a court of law with enforcement power. Impeachment is the Constitutional process of charging a high government official with an offense for the purpose of removing him or her from office. IOW, Congress cannot impeach or try an impeachment of a private citizen.

Donald Trump is now a private citizen, and any attempt to try him in the Senate now would be entirely unconstitutional - just another political sham.

BTW: President Trump DID NOT incite an i**********n. This is an undeniable fact that flaming h**eful liberals will never accept.
