Then the Civil War starts. Of course, there should be better ways to resolve these kinds of issues. Unfortunately, we are dealing with those who wish to destroy our way of life. My only issue is that when the fighting is over and we are reduced in numbers and much materiel has been destroyed, how will we defend ourselves against the invading Chinese soldiers? Do you really think we can count on our allies?

nuclear would be the only way to deal China they have a standing army of over 1 million troops their population is over 1.4 Billion and could ramp that army up quickly. Their Air force is comparable to ours and they can manufacture much faster than the United States. We buy most of our metal from them so that would be a problem. A divided United States wouldn't stand a chance so we blow them up and they blow us up.
Now let's talk about the Civil War, if you take up arms against the new president you will be fighting against the United States. That would make anyone fighting against, t*****rs to the United States can't come back from that. Government contracts which is a large part of many states revenue would go to states loyal to the union and any people living in those states would lose Social Security and Medicare and like it or not many older individuals depend on those programs. It would be very wise to rethink the whole Civil War thing and except the fact that trump lost fair and square.
By the way just what part of your life do you think would be distroyed???

You presume much. First, it could be YOU taking up arms against the president. Second, I never said I would. Third, it is a question which side would win. Fourth, my way of life is the Constitution of the United States. I know, I know, such an antiquated perspective. You guys don't seem to have much appreciation for it.
