Events occurred in 5 or 6 battleground states during this e******n that have seriously threatened the foundation and the future of our e*******l system, events that prompted 36% of the 50 states to challenge the constitutionality and legality of those events, and you think it is all "One huge pile of steaming chitt"?

The Attorneys General of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia, and now Pennsylvania have filed Amicus Curiae briefs on behalf of the Texas law suit.

State of Texas Sues Battleground States for Unconstitutional Changes to 2020 E******n Laws and the Unconstitutional Tabulation of B****tsUnder the constitution, any state has the right to challenge the actions of another state if said state's actions have a negative impact on its neighbors, or the nation as a whole - for example: violations of inter-state commerce, immigration, and of course, a national e******n.
V***r f***d is a Constitutional issue and therefore concerns every state in the union. Since two or more states have joined Texas in this case and the issue is violations of the Constitution, it will have to go before the US Supreme Court
Under Article III, Section 2, US Constitution, the judicial power of the supreme court extends to
controversies between two or more states -
between a state and citizens of another state -
between citizens of different states.
