These frivolous suits are damaging for a multitude of reasons. For one they waste the courts time and money along with the time and money of our President elects campaign supporters. Judges need to go beyond throwing the cases out for lack of merit and evidence. They need to sanction the shyster lawyers and firms that file them and the Biden team needs to sue the firms for malicious prosecution. The other thing these ridiculous suits do is convince simpletons to distrust our free and f**r e******ns.
