Animal cruelty laws are for the most part worthless. This sick crime is treated like a parking ticket. I have 4 dogs that were "dumped" and left to starve, and way too many cats, many wander up, a lot are feral. One year...a joke

Animal abuse is usually done by weak cowards towards defenseless species. Eye for an eye punishment would stop a lot of it. BTW disfunctional socialist types are the usual turd that does it.
