What kind of punishment would you give to someone who is cruel to defenseless animals? This 52 year old woman threw a liter of 7newborn puppies that were stuffed in the garage bag in the trash can .... One puppy died ... She only got less than 1 year in jail....What kind of punishment does she deserve??? Less than a year??? 
Seems like BS sentence to me!!! These puppies are living breathing creatures! What do you guys think?

My opinion, 1 year for each puppy and 9 years, 40 hours a month, community service at an animal rescue center. Same goes for anyone who knows their animal needs medical care yet would allow the animal to suffer because they refuse to take them to a vet. These are despicable inhuman lowlifes and jail is too good for them!

My sister's good friend told us about a local 10 year old boy and his buddy putting a two week old litter of kittens in a microwave and watching them burn.
It is hard for me to think about that without it stirring up a heap of outrage. I have to stifle my thoughts about what I would do to those boys' parents.

Agree with you on h*****g scum!!!.., And boys'parents should be hanged also for obvious child abuse/neglect ! !!

Animal abuse. I'm not advocating advise of animals. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats & 6 birds (ugh). I love animals.
