Sounds nasty like his ex I had to deal with.

She's mellowed somewhat over the years. The kids have helped a lot. They don't take her crap either.

My wife's ex is a real piece of work too.

I think we were put together for a reason.

Here we are. Happy as two pigs in the mud!!

I was talking about your ex. She sounds like my husband's first wife. What a prize.

Nah. She ain't worth it.

And what you stated is accurate. She once said to me that.....quote: "You just never thought your kids and your ex would do better than you."

So I know it eats her. And Mrs. Bunker treats her like everyone else. With kindness, and respect. Now that we're past all of the ugliness of when we first married.

Lol! I remember some conversations between the two of them. Always on the phone since my ex knows she can't back up her mouth.

One of my all time favorite quotes from Mrs. B. was "Come on. I'll kick you in your mfking head."

Stated calmly, and with a sweet Texas accent.

I really wanted to see that, but it never happened.

Ah well, life is good anyway!
Nah. She ain't worth it. br br And what you stat... (show quote)

I am glad for you that you found happiness, AND can "get along", with your ex, for your kid's sakes. I eventually got along with my ex too. In fact he would come over to ask advice on his life from time to time. He never listened to me when we were married, I don't know why he did after we were divorced!!

That's the way it was with my last Hubby till he passed away. His "exes weren't from Texas" but they were a piece of work. Like mine. And He and I got along GREAT for 28 yrs.
