We can start by stopping all US payments to the UN. That would likely be enough to shut off all
the utilities. I don't care if there is a UN.....just NOT in this country, and NOT funded with our dollars.
Let them use a huge tent in a desert someplace.
The UN is like a high school debate team, never accomplishing anything.
Oh, and revoke all diplomatic immunity....

I see nothing wrong with legalizing prostitution and regulating it...

I doubt there are many trafficked women in those brothels outside of Las Vegas (not sure of the exact location)... Nor do I imagine they experience rape in their place of business...

Forcing the practice to go underground leads to all kind of exploitation... How would a woman report a rap that occurred while she was engaged in a crime herself????

I think what people are missing with this article is that she is advocating for the right for women to choose how to use their bodies... And men I hope....

Although I find prostitution unsavoury, much like drug use, I can see the value of legalizing it....

Prostitution is the oldest profession on earth which doesn’t mean it should continue.

canuckus deploracus,

your words of wisdom are overwhelming as you never solicited a whore. Even though the prostitution in China. I did and it was perfectly legal.

You should followed my example, but you married the daughter of a C*******t apparatchik, but you now pontificate about prostitution, hahaha.

Prostitution has never been legal in the PRC...

Perhaps you are thinking of Hongkong or Macao???

Hey, bro, I was born and raised in Nevada, I live here now, and I am not ashamed to admit I have had "experiences" at Mustang Ranch and Moonlight Ranch and Kitty's and the Kit Kat Guest Ranch. Not all of these experiences were pleasure trips.

Made a deal with a guy for a load of natural vitamins and cosmetics, bought about a thousand bucks worth. I knew just where to sell them. Once I introduced my wares to the girls, with the Madam's permission of course, I ended up with maybe a dozen prostitutes who had my phone number. How's that for a switcheroo? I got calls at all hours of the day and night.

When you're with a girl in her room, it's all business, you get what you pay for. You are not there for conversation, maybe some pillow talk, but nothing to write home about.

But when you are sitting at a table in the dining room showing 6 or 7 off-shift prostitutes lipstick, eye shadow, and a bottle of high quality supplements, they talk. We had conversations. Funny how that works. They reveal a lot about themselves when the pressure of their job is not a factor.

They are human beings with feelings, and hopes, and dreams, and, sadly, very few realize those dreams. Those girls need love, man, not the ravaging of their bodies and suppression of their souls.

The girls who sell sex to as many as 15 clients per shift, day or night, have more health problems than you can imagine. Not to mention emotional, psychological and spiritual problems. The primary physiological problems they have are glandular and heavy wear and tear on the sex organs.

You should hear a prostitute with whom you've gained a measure of trust talk about the tricks she's turned in her career. Not all the men who patronize "whores", legal or otherwise, are nice guys. Some are mean SOBs, some are Misogynists, some are sadists, some are sadomasochists, some are perverts, some of them are flat out creepy.

Good thing about being a working girl in a legal brothel is the big security dudes. They get regular calls from the girls.

I was one of the nice guys. I was always welcome at the Ranch.

They may be legal but they are s***es. The brothel is their home and they are not allowed to leave the compound without permission. When they return they must have a doctor's release before they are allowed to go back on "duty". They are given a regular medical checkup once a week.

Mob bosses own the more famous brothels, the girls are just tools with which to make money. I have no doubt that some of the women working in the brothels are victims of trafficking. They come in all races, and some of them are less than fluent in English. There was a Vietnamese girl, one of the "boat people" who hardly spoke any English at all. Whenever she showed up for one of my sales pitches, she was more interested in learning some English and practicing what she knew.

When a girl snags a trick in the bar, the money is given to the Madam. The girl gets a rather small slice of the pie. Just enough to keep her there.

I've seen, up close and personal, what prostitution - legal prostitution - does to young women and not so young women. It ain't a pretty picture. A 20 year old woman who works six shifts a week for 5 to 6 years ages 20 years. Some of those women abuse drugs, alcohol, and some of them have shrinks on call. Some become suicidal.

Sometimes, when they misbehave, they are physically brutalized by security guards. And sometimes this involves rape. For good reason, it goes unreported. But I've heard stories from the women themselves.

Violence and Legalized Brothel Prostitution in Nevada

These experiences with prostitutes were during that time of my life when I was young, dumb and full of cum. Before I experienced an Epiphany.

What does the Bible say about prostitution?
