Insanity reigneth supreme. The UN must be evicted now, now. They are poisonous as snakes and writhing here among us every day.

Until I got to the "buying women" I thought this was serious and wondered how much teenagers know. Buying women fits in with Allah. The UN has to go.

Just change the locks, lock all the doors, round them up and put them on planes home. Overnight, voila! theyโ€™re gone.

I see nothing wrong with legalizing prostitution and regulating it...

I doubt there are many trafficked women in those brothels outside of Las Vegas (not sure of the exact location)... Nor do I imagine they experience rape in their place of business...

Forcing the practice to go underground leads to all kind of exploitation... How would a woman report a rap that occurred while she was engaged in a crime herself????

I think what people are missing with this article is that she is advocating for the right for women to choose how to use their bodies... And men I hope....

Although I find prostitution unsavoury, much like drug use, I can see the value of legalizing it....

Hmmm. I dont agree. And there have been cases of prostitutes beaten and even k**led in Vegas. The notion that this ding dong is a proponent of teens considering "sex work" as a career choice is something I find repugnant. Because, like the average exotic dancer, the lifestyle includes heavy drinking, drugs and the like. Not very upwardly mobile, cuz you pretty much have a 20 year shelf life, tops. Tho governments may go for it cuz it would be something else to tax๐Ÿ˜–

In Las Vegas prostitution is illegal... I'm referring to the legal brothels that operate outside of LV....

I knew a guy who married a prostitute... (over here)... Neither she, nor her co workers, drank or did drugs.... They just earned money on their backs... They all went on to own their own small businesses...

I think much of the lifestyle that comes with the profession is driven by it being kept underground and open to exploitation...

I certainly wouldn't encourage a young woman to consider prostitution as a career choice... But I can think of numerous other professions that I would not encourage a young woman to engage in either....

Isn't it bizarre that pornography is legal, but prostitution isn't???? Imagine if a woman started up a business making home pornos Totally legal, for anywhere from 100-1000 dollars a man could be the proud owner of a personal porn video

Prostitutes are legal in Nevada. Includes Vegas. I dunno, my problem with her mindset is it is another theft of young people's innocence. We have far too much of that. Not just sexual innocence, but the innocence that allows wonder and imagination, dreams and accomplishments. It seems the world just continues to regress back to human's basest selves, rather than striving to be more as a species.

We agree here too....

I can't imagine a woman choosing that career... But I also have trouble imagining a man on welfare... Or anyone who thinks porn is an acceptable career....

Time is a circle....

We can start by stopping all US payments to the UN. That would likely be enough to shut off all
the utilities. I don't care if there is a UN.....just NOT in this country, and NOT funded with our dollars.
Let them use a huge tent in a desert someplace.
The UN is like a high school debate team, never accomplishing anything.
Oh, and revoke all diplomatic immunity....
