OK Nancy, we'll just have to pass it to see what's in it! Yeah OK the pipe line wouldn't have produced one job, OPEN your eyes!!!

We're talking about "jobs bills" that the Senate refuses to address. I know it's quite difficult for you to follow the issue, but please give it a try. Also, google John Boehner financial disclosure and see why he is really pushing the Keystone XL Pipeline

There are 40 bills that will help American get jobs.

The fact that they're private sector jobs and not government jobs may bother you, but that's the way the cupcake crumbles.

There could be 100 bills and none would create jobs, private sector or public sector, but that doesn't stop the right wing lies.

I don't hear Buffett complaining about the delay, but Boehner is screaming like a banshee because he's yet not a billionaire

There are approximately 30 bills sitting in the Senate awaiting discussion but they never will be v**ed on because they either do nothing to create jobs, they add to the deficit, they are anti-middle class/poor, or they have poison pill attachments to repeal the ACA. Additionally, if the GOP gains control of the Senate, they will get a double dose of their own "filibuster everything" medicine from the Democratic party, and the President will still have veto power. Bottom line......if they win, they still lose. Comical.

3jack-not so fast. It was the chief dummy, Harry Reid, who invoked the nuclear option in the Senate so bills can be passed with a mere majority as opposed to the normal required 60 v**es. The GOP, if they regain the Senate, can defund the Unafordable Care Act which has proven to be an a*********n. To see our country going down the tubes should not be comical to any loyal, sane American. Maybe you just do not fit the category. Good Luck America !!!

I h**e to break the news to you, but Reid invoked the nuclear option for only P**********l cabinet appointees and Federal Judge vacancies, so defunding the ACA is really not an option even if the GOP takes control of the Senate. They would get a taste of their own medicine of "filibuster just for the hell of it". Also, p**********l veto power always comes into play when it comes to congressional bill approval.

The country is only going down the tubes for those that refuse to accept change and the inevitable move to the independent way of thinking. Those that don't embrace change find themselves locked in a dysfunctional time warp whose mores and values are vastly different than most main stream Americans. This places them in the minority, and the minority doesn't really have a say in the governing of this country. Sad, but true.

Buffet isn't complaining because he's getting richer because of the delay caused by the person he gives money to.... Obama.

You can claim right wing lies but you were spouting left wing lies about the jobs bills.

Spare me the programmed BS. I know the democrat media says that, because like all progressive/socialists they think jobs should be handed out like rations to the serfs that earn their favor. Jobs come from people when they are freed from totalitarian control. That is the point of a free market jobs bill.

The fact that Harry Reid is too scared to allow v**es on them tells you they are meaningful enough to force many Dems to support them. Especially Dems that have close e******ns and don't want to have to choose between supporting jobs or Obama/Reid.

Nope....you never read the bills. You are spouting so much BS it's hard to follow. You are conducting a typical right wing deflecting stunt by spouting a bunch of garbage that has nothing to do with the sorry assed job the republicans are doing in congress. Jobs bills my ass....they're the sorriest bunch of politicians in American history and it will show in the 2014 and 2016 e******ns.

If you're going to pay MSNBC host, at least make it look like you're trying to be accurate.

Did you read Harry Reid's mind too?

Tell us all why he's afraid to allow a v**e?

I'd like to hear the Sharpton/Lanny Davis spin on this.
