I think you would be well advised to check again, you missed the points.
It is not the Constitution that is the problem it is an ignorant e*****rate, and too much money flooding the system.
Yes, technically, it is a democratic republic which means we don't v**e directly on federal issues, but through our representatives.
Some lawyers are crooks and criminals, but most are in the business of protecting citizens from each other.
