Did Obama spend 5 million dollars in the cover up of his antecedents? He must have been a very rich man prior to his e******n! Also, with the enemies he has, why nobody made a careful, documented list of all and every one of the circumstances he faced to hide wh**ever. If that could be proved, why Boehner is not publishing such a list or screaming it in a very loud voice as he does with other situations or include it in his indictment?

I love to know the t***h. I like to review each document that is presented. I love to research. I do not repeat what somebody says until that individual has proven that what he says is the t***h with facts. So if you have the facts with date, place, name of the people involved, name and location of the office where it happened, amount of money spent and who, why and what for each individual/agency got the money, I am all ears and brain, ready to listen.

Searching, you mentioned that you worked with politicians. I like the answer your friend gave you about exchange of favors. It is true. It has been true since the beginning of our current civilization.

Regarding that, the other day somebody told me a President is always a criminal. I opened my mouth big and wide and was left without a rapid reply. I look at the person in question and ask how can you say such a thing!

Very calmly this individual said, every President has to be ready to send the troops to k**l and be k**led. That is patriotism! That is what you do to defend your country! I stood still with my mouth opened and then I could not help it ... I started to laugh as if I had gone mad! This person was right and I was a stupid human being!

You see Searching there is certain conditioning that probably Presidents always need to have.

As to your course in Constitutional Law what you say is true. The Education agenda is pitiful. I am sorry I was not your professor!

Did the professor explain to you the political conditions in Europe? The way education was not accessible to everybody? The problems with the Royal families that did not want to give up the power and the good life they have had for a long time? The fact that with the money one jewel that a Queen bought for herself many children and their families would have not died of hunger? The abuses that the non Royal individuals were subject to?

The power of the Royalty was very much reinforced by the Church who always profit from the human suffering by saying be good and don't rebel, you are working hard and suffering to be able to get in heaven and see the face of god. And do not forget your tithe!

The need of any medical services was important for the survival of the lower class. And if an old woman had a good medicine used in her home for generations and gave it to a sick child, she was defying the Royalty and the Church and was hanged or burnt because she was considered a witch.

I could write forever telling you of the poor condition the world was at that time. In fact I started to read a book about the Russian Royalty History and I could not finish it. It made me sick!

Out of all that horrendous mess a few men that had not suffered themselves but were as disgusted as I became after trying to read about the Russian Royalty (which was not worse that any other royalty), got together.

The were very young, only one was older that 22 years. They still were not enough old to have lost their idealism. They looked at the map and they saw the American Continent.

It was the ideal place were to start their dream society. The British were trying to settle people there, in the North portion. Why ideal? Because there was an ocean between the corrupted Europe and the New America.

You know the rest. They put their minds together and wrote some principles for the New World. Those principles became the base of our Constitution.

The USA Constitution is a wonderful document that came about because a few not yet corrupted young men found a place where to fulfill their dream.

That is the document and the dream we need to protect with our lives. We are still a very young federalist democracy. We are maybe in our teens. But look at what we have achieved!

We are the leaders in technology, space exploration, Medicine. We still have a lot of work to do about education, renewable resources, protection of the environment, chemicals, etc.

I know why I love this country so much! It is a wonderful land. We are all immigrants that came in search of the dream. We desperately need to grow spiritually and iron the few wrinkles left in our society.

Do you think Researching that you would have enjoyed a Constitutional Law class presented by me? Teacher was my first degree.

A few of the amendments that some interests have been able to introduce are wrong. But those are small errors that can be reversed and we still have the original untouched constitutional principles.

In our world there always be somebody that becomes rotten by selfishness and hunger for power, it is unavoidable. We are only human. All we need is to be informed and aware.

One last thought, for those who are interested there are the transcripts of two trials that are very informative. One is the Noriega trial that brings you up to date with the policies initiated in the '80s, the other one is the Saddam
Hussein's trial.

We can learn many things about our governmental manipulations in those trials.

As to Obama attitude, do not forget that until very recently we had s***ery in this country. All because of a different skin color in the individual.

In Psychology, we are taught that the mental attitude/response of an individual is mostly determined by the family and community environment he/she experienced as a child.

Until recently the black people could not look in the face to a white person, if he/she was walking on the sidewalk and a white person was on the same sidewalk the black person was supposed to go down to the pavement. These are only two simple examples of what some Americans went through quite recently. The minimum punishment given for breaking those rules was incarceration.

If you believe in the Psychological studies and their conclusions, you have to accept that with two or three generations you cannot delete the consequences of the discriminating rulings that plagued many USA states, on the genetic memory of a whole group of people. More or less the same we are doing now to the Hispanics and priorly did to the American natives.

Regardless of the level of intelligence and their achievements there is a portion of their mind that still remembers the injustice.

Will we ever learn to respect each other regardless of skin color, religion, origins, language? That is part of the spiritual growing we so much need!

You know, in the 50's and 60's, it took an entire community to raise a child. Every adult in the community held you accountable and at the same time many of those same adults were nurturing as well, and now...we have children raising children and no one is accountable. However, just so you know, if you were raised in a family like mine, it was a tad bit over the top because both my parents were high functioning mentally ill individuals. I look back and quite frankly marvel that they managed to do their part to contribute to society. It would seem that they were able to compartmentalize at least until right before my father's suicide.

Referencing the comment on Obama. That is no excuse for his h**eful behavior. It seems to me that every single move this man has made since being in office is to accomplish one of two things. Undermine the American laws and people 2) enrichment of himself. He has not yet proposed any type of legislation that actually addresses any problems that he promised while running for office. There are so many breaches of promise they are just too numerous to mention., but just one is "the most t***sparent administration ever". In fact this is the most secretive administration in history and the worse. He is continuing to destroy this country intentionally and ignores all laws that he just doesn't like. Well, too bad. Nobody is supposed to be above the law in this country but it appears to me that he and some of his people are above the law and do wh**ever they wish.
His history, skin color, poor poor me attitude is not an excuse. He is a terrible person, that lies at every turn openly and has never admitted to a mistake in his life.
This doesn't make me a r****t either as he would tell you because I disagree with almost everything he does. Actually, I disagree with EVERYTHING he does without exception and so does most of America. I just hope this country can survive 2.5 more years with this tyrant living in the White House.

stan3186, I have only one question. Do you watch the Congress sessions? They show on CSPAN. Are you aware of the amount of Bills presented by Democratic Representatives that only need to be brought to the floor by including them in the agenda?

They are the necessary first step for the President to be able to act on his plans.

Congressman Boehner chooses to put wh**ever useless items he can think of in the agenda but the essential ones. And so, he is disrupting the required constitutional process and for sure is bringing to fruition the plan he announced of not allowing President Obama govern the country.

We have had through our History many examples of Democratic Congresses at the time of a Republican President. They did not put obstacles to the goals of the Republican President. They acted honorably and helped by debating the President proposals.

What I am stating is not my personal opinion but it was also expressed by some of the Republican Representatives that are disgusted by the abusive attitude of Representative Boehner, their Majority Leader.

If there is a person acting as a tyrant is Representative Boehner, who is scared to death about loosing the support of the Tea Party and other interests. And the worst part is that he even tried and succeeded in shutting up those other Republican Representatives that wanted to participate in the debate of the basic Bills that could have helped the job creation, the reinforcement of the economy, the protection of the v****g rights, women's rights, increase of minimum salary, etc.

Other example of Representative Boehner's disruptive tactics can be found in the delay in the hearings for the Appeal Court Judges that is helping to pile up cases and causing a big problem in our Courts.

Every day I am more convinced that we should have v**ed for a Republican President and let the Republican Congress deal with the absolute disaster in which President Bush Jr. left our country and the economy of the world.

Regardless of wh**ever the opposition wants to say, it is a miracle that we have been able to stop and not get involved in new wars, the economy is slowly recovering and we still are not a Police State, the dream of the 0,1% interests.

If you 3186stan are so involved and know so much about our current political environment, would you be so kind to explain to all of us why the Republican Congress had no objection ONLY to those Bills that favored the Banks and of which the only portion removed were the obligations those banks would have had to invest part of the tax money they received in the economy of the country which could have benefited the 98%? But, with no strings attached bankers used the tax money for extraordinarily huge bonuses for themselves and their CEOs.

With the perspective that time gives to historians all these shameful activities will cry aloud about the high level of corruption among some of the Republican members of this republican Congress.

The other problem we confront is our request to have hearings about the 9/11 attack to the Towers with the public release of all the documentation involved. That is a river that carries very dirty waters. Why the Republican Congress is refusing to help with our request?

Why Representative Boehner has failed yet to indict President Bush Jr and his Cabinet?

How many young American lives did we loose in that senseless Iraq war Republican President BushJr and his Cabinet did start and how much money it cost and is still costing to our country?

How come Representative Boehner never demanded an investigation in depth of the money stole by the contractors that never rebuilt anything in Iraq after the destruction we caused to that country but still collected billions of dollars for themselves?

Why Representative Boehner as Leader of the Majority in Congress never requested a public investigation of the abuses committed against the people in Iraq by Blackwater? They did it in the name of the American people but we never gave them that order. Or... perhaps President BushJr. and his Cabinet did? We need to have all the documentation open and made public.

According to the USA Constitution, the Congress is the institution to arbitrate any decision by the Supreme Court. Why Majority Leader Representative Boehner has failed to order the Congress to review the Supreme Court decisions:
in favor of Citizens United which very much goes against the constitutional principles?
on the "persona" attributed to a corporation that goes against what the Constitution and the corporate law state?
and the right to religious beliefs by a corporation "persona" that also goes against the constitutional principles and the corporate law?

The Constitution says that the Congress is the first watchdog Of the Supreme Court followed by the last arbiter, the "People of the USA". BUT THE CONGRESS NEEDS TO ACT FIRST. They are paid with tax money to do their job. Are they doing it?

Searching, I mentioned in one of my commentaries that my work with people made me aware of how fragile I am because I am part of humankind. Yes, my friend the community used to a wonderful tool for a family with children.

I am very curious, as I said before. I see things that many don't see or prefer to ignore.

This country used to have community/neighborhood life.

Now, it is gone in most of our cities. Why? Because there are interests that battle to destroy it. Community life has "memory" and brings people together.
The bunch of blades of grass are more difficult to pull out. It is easier to pull one blade at a time.

When a community is united, it is difficult for an industry that craves the area where the homes are, to get hold of their dream parcel of land. So, they use the system "divide and conquer". Blade by blade they steal little portions of the parcel of land, they destroy the communitarian feeling and if there is somebody strong enough to fight back they bring gangs, that steal from the local stores that end up moving to another place, they close the school, the police mysteriously disappear and you are left alone to fight for your home.

This pattern apply for industry, developers and other varieties of money interests. Mostly the front line are the developers.

However in some communities they are starting to fight back. And the neighbors are winning. Which makes me very happy.

We are going through a very difficult period in our country. We need to keep together and fight as one.

I read some commentaries that worry me because of the ignorance about the current events that some people seems to have. At a time it worried me to think whether that person had children, but I have learnt that children have a wonderful mind and more understanding of basic values that many adults.

They are young and know what they want. We only need to give them the chance of a good education.

I am convinced that most disciplinary problems are caused by the brainwashing education the children are exposed to. It is a form of r*******n against stupid presentations by teachers that look at them as immature beings. The children are bored and angry and I understand them.

Nowadays children are born with their mind much more developed than before. Genetic memory? More access to food? More access to medical services? Technological advances? The world that traveling, the phone, the tv, have brought down to a smaller dimension?

I do not know. But I like it. And you forgot to tell me about your baby llama.

I don't throw stones that I can't support so here just addressing one of your remarks. You say that the Republicans have been obstructionist, I submit it is just the opposite. There are presently 340 bills on Harry Reid's desk that have been passed by a bi-partisan House. Mr. Reid choses to sit on all bills generated by the House because one of the main talking points in the upcoming e******n will be the lie that the Republican controlled House has passed no legislation and has done nothing but obstruct the President. That is a lie, the obstructionist is Harry Reid and Obama. Remember the debacle of the raising of the debt ceiling this last time? The Republicans wanted to delay the individual mandate of Obamacare and Obama and Reid refused to even discuss it. They absolutely refused to accept any amendments at all to the continuing resolution. No discussion, no amendments absolutely nothing. Then when the Republicans refused to be held hostage, they blamed the Republicans for "shutting down the government". It was a powerhouse "I'm the one in charge" move by Obama, plain and simple. Not only were the Dems and Obama the ones that actually the ones to refuse to negotiate but they were the ones that chose to shut down the government. And the MSM spouted everything that Obama wanted because they are the ones that are mostly responsible for his being elected both times. Then of course he himself delayed the mandate because of the realization that the bill was faltering and he didn't want to be blamed for the failure, which of course he and his Dem Cronies of Reid and others are totally responsible for. Why do you think they have delayed the Employer Mandate to past the mid-term e******ns, because they know full well that the mandate will in fact cause employers to have massive layoffs to stay under the mandate number of 50 employees to avoid it. Strictly a political move. He couldn't care less that it hurts people and cost jobs. He just wants to keep the effects out of the political arena and yes I consider that action to be about as low as anything else this low life has done. Continuing with the raising of the debt ceiling discussion, It's not like money stopped coming into the country. Taxes were still being collected, money was still available for operating the country almost without interruption but they chose to shut down services. Even services that required extra money to shut down like the WWII memorial which is open air. They had to spend money that wouldn't ordinarily be spent to put up the barricades and guards to keep people out. It was unnecessary and mean spirited and showed utter disrespect for our veterans.
Yes, I watch Cspan, I have all 3 networks of Cspan and watch them quite often. It makes one thing very clear to me. These people can waste more time than anyone I have ever seen. Do you happen to notice that whenever there is a bill that is presented by the GOP that the chamber is completely empty of Democrats. Hell, they don't even bother to show up.

We are a very strong Western Society and we will teach them how to think and live!!! I want a very thorough investigation of the 9/11 towers event. I want a very thorough investigation of why the CIA reports were ignored. I want to know why a Republican President and his Cabinet sent our youth to a senseless war. I want to know why President Bush Jr. and his Cabinet chose to leave all the weaponry buried on the ground in Iraq when the troops left. I have had lots of questions burning in my brain since we invade and then left Iraq.

I want to know why so blatantly we created the problem in the Middle East.

Is it a genocide that will help certain political and money interests to solve other problems like over population and also because the reserves of easy oil are fading in some of those places?

You see, Sir, I am not blinded by the smoke wall that the interests are creating by obstructing the functioning of Congress. I insist that if the Congress is so desperate because of the Senate obstruction, they should make sure to show their discontent by publishing it in the media they own. Everyday, with big titles, on the front page. Everyday we should also hear about it on the TV news most of which they " own " too. Fox 11 is their main tool. Let's hear it!

No Sir, they are not doing it, because they prefer to silence it and keep on going with their "own program". They prefer to obstruct the recovery of the country and gain more time for the destruction of our democracy block by block. They prefer to fight like children about their toys.

The battle about the Internet is one example of the block by block demolition. They are trying to close our last free communication door. And not for the exorbitant profit they could collect but for the POWER AND CONTROL they so much crave! They want zombies not thinking human beings. You and I are their enemies! More time is important to them. They count on the people's short memory and maybe with enough passed time people will end believing that President Obama created the debt and not that he inherited it from the Bush Jr. Administration. They tried it as soon as President Obama started his first term. But it did not work, too early to be already forgotten.

If you want to keep discussing your opinion, publish a list of all the Bills that the Senate is, according to you, holding. You see, Sir, we could review those Bills together and maybe by finding a solution end the country's problems because then, if you are right, Boehner wouldn't have a reason to justify his obstructionism. We could research those Bills in the Internet but we might not have enough time, they are trying to close that source of information.

And if by calling me a Liberal you mean that I use my brain, and carefully analyze what I read from Republican's and Democrat's sources, I do not mind to tell you, yes I am a Liberal. However I do not feel I am a Liberal. I like very much Ron Paul and Bernard Sanders. I would like to see both of them on a debate. I would enjoy it because regardless that they have different points of view, I feel they love this country as much as I do and why not?, maybe they could find common ground to help the American dream to survive. You do realize that the Muslims especially the Muslim Brotherhood is out to destroy everyone, including the U.S. that does not adhere to Sharia law. What makes you think that there were no WMD's in Iraq. Just because they didn't find nuclear weapons. That term includes much more than atomic weapons. It would include chemical as well as biological weapons. We know for a fact, and they even admitted using chemical weapons upon their own people. Do you think that possibly the weapons (non nuclear) could have been moved to Sierra and hidden from the American troops when America attacked Iraq. I can almost assure you that is exactly what happened. The only reason I agree with you that the Iraqis war was a waste is because Obama did not leave a small force in the country to continue to support the new government. He did not even though all advisers told him he must, otherwise all the work they did would be lost. Of course now we see the result of his actions and have a problem brewing in the area with Isis that is much worse than it was to begin with. Again, Obama is to blame. Close your eyes and discount everything that is in front of you face if you so choose, but I for one have decided to not do that. My eyes are wide open as is my mind and I am absolutely convinced that Obama is a Muslim who is playing a very large role in allowing Sharia Law to take over this country.

You are right you are only looking at now, this moment in the History of our current civilization. It reminds me of the discussions at the time of the Korea and Vietnam wars.

You know to understand certain events we need to have perspective and lots of historical information.

In those two wars we reacted like a child that is told a spider fell on his head. The Cold War with Russia was at the beginning and we took the bait, we started to hit our head with our hands and the more we did it the more we got confused and with a feeling of imminent terror.

You cannot take a moment in a culture and make decisions on what see at that moment.

All Middle East and part of Africa culture, economy and politics have been influenced by what the western countries did to them. Read "The seven pillars of Wisdom" written by D.H.Lawrence. He is there more or less at the starting point of the mess.

Quran principles were changed by the Imams that saw what was happening. Remember that Muslins use to love and see the USA as a dream society.

Also keep in mind that in the Muslin tenet the religion is one with the government. The Law is one for the faith and for the civil matters. Same as it used to be in the Hebrew tenet in which the High Priest was the only judge for all situations in the daily life.

The Hebrew people evolved and learnt the convenience of separating both aspects of Law in order they could enter in the world trade community.

Our Founder Fathers were the first to go for a secular society. Many countries followed their example. That is not the case in the Muslin culture.

It is not the President of the country that yells "we are being invaded", it is the job of the religious leaders to be alert and in turn to yell "we are being invaded". That does not make the Muslin culture more or less dangerous than ours.

As to weapons they had at the time of our invasion I have not found one transcript either from the UN or the NATO where weapons were found. Lots of accusations but not one proof. On the contrary, the Inspectors all said there
was nothing they could find.

In a society where everything is solved by the power at the top all they need is a rifle that can shoot. Well maintained and with ammunition. They shoot you whether you are guilty and if not as an example to others.

The most rebellious tribe in that area are the Kurds.what do they use for centuries? Knives! And they are so good at it that the CIA sent not too long ago, agents to be trained in the difficult art of knives.

President Obama was right in not leaving soldiers. What can they do?

stan3186 when I read commentaries that show that very little time have been spent in searching historical information, it makes me very sad. It shows me that the brainwashing of our Education is working too well. It also shows me that if we do not start using all our brain power to think and evaluate events for what they are, my beautiful country, my beautiful descendants and the future mothers that sacrifice a large part of their lives and their careers to take good care of their children are only preparing cannon fodder for the interests that love the profits that wars produced.

There are many books that can give a clear explanation of current events but you need to read them.

Remember also that any man was not born as an adult. He started as a microscopic cell. Grew under infinite number of circumstances that influenced his mind and also his physical development. Apply the same reasoning to a country.

To judge a man and his actions you need to know about all those very personal circumstances and if possible about his ancestry. You cannot judge him just by one action. Otherwise you do not know him and the reasons that caused that action.

Education is the only road that will make a peaceful world for all of us.
