The death sentence is the best sentence for this mass murderer. Who wants this scum back on the streets somewhere in the future murdering more Americans? And you never know with these l*****t judges who have a bleeding heart for criminals, like the demented demorat party, that they would throw his case out and let him walk. Put the a-whole islamist out of our misery and fry him.

Back on the streets, what part about life in prison without parole don't you understand?

" Let me just remind you that " Timothy McVeigh was executed for the Oklahoma City bombing, as he should have. Terry Nichols should have also been executed. Nichols is sentence to 161 consecutive life terms. What a freaking stupid sentence. He can only serve one. Plus a moron like the Governor of California , could release him due to the C****a V***s. If you need verification I will provide it.

The difference in casualties between the murders at Oklahoma and Boston was not for lack of trying. It is not time to move on. It is time to punish those who k**l Americans.

Deterrents work. Also justice demands that murdering terrorists be executed.

" We don't need any more fund raisers for Boston 1. "

That is a quite ridiculous statement to make. Your side, the LEFT, used the tragedy of the murder of G****e F***d, to condemn all Police, All W***e A******ns, to tear down monuments, to raise money, to burn and pillage American cities.

Your side isn't about to let that golden opportunity to pass by MOVING ON !!!!!!!
" Let me just remind you that " Timothy ... (show quote)

Dumbo, he's in prison in CO. What planet are living on again? Your phrase "all w***e A******ns" shows you for the r****t you are.

I know he is not in California, " Dumbo ". I was making an example. If Gov. Newsome can do this in C****eFornia, then why can't some future Liberal I***t Governor or Obama appointed judge in CO release the Oklahoma City Murderer ?

Maybe by then everyone will have " moved on " as you put it. Everyone except the dead and their families will have " moved on. "

The death penalty won't bring anyone back. It'll only serve to bring those awful memories back to the forefront. It won't serve as a deterrent for other terrorists. If they were going to execute him, should have been done & over with by now. Instead, it's an endless (10-20 yr) event.

We agree on something. The death penalty should be swift. The opponents of the death penalty will then say that many times in the past new evidence later exonerates people who have been executed. Well in cases like the Boston Marathon murders that will not happen. In cases where there is 100 % certainty then k**l the k**ler.

In cases like OJ, where we are 99 % sure he k**led Nicole Simpson and Ron Goldman, I would not favor the death penalty because of the 1 %.

You tell me why you think k*****g murders is wrong, and yet keeping them in a cell for 40 years is okay ?

Let me just remind you that the Boston Marathon bombing k**led 3 & injured 264. The Oklahoma City bombing k**led 168 (many children) & injured 680. It was far more devastating yet all this attending is focused on this kid? It was a tragedy but time to move on. We don't need any more fund raisers for Boston 1.

For each family it is far more devastating for 1.
Numbers don't matter. Each ONE does.
It's still MURDER. SomeONE is gone forever.
Nobody moves on from a murder in their family until they themselves die.

I wouldn't care of this kid got double tapped. I just don't want to be going through all the bs for another 10-20 yrs. Either pull the trigger or the flush handle. I'm pretty certain there's some folks that want to test a new rifle or lose

Call me blood thirsty, but modern execution is too good for him. Too antiseptic. I am sure that where his family comes from, they do not observe the niceties when executing murderers. These people came into this country as guests and new Americans. Like if you invited someone into your home to give them shelter and then they blew up your house and murdered your family.

Murdering your hosts is a violation of hospitality, even for these people.

If that life in prison included being someone's b***h, it might be. You can only k**l 'em once; but you can make them wish they were dead day after day.

I care... Death is the sentence in this country.. Abrogate it here and you send a message for others..

The other is if life in prison without parole is on the table or is it life with x number of years served to then be eligible for release...

Put a bullet between his eyes and save all the expense for 20 years of expenses defending this terrorist!

No message is sent. You think terrorists don't want to die, they long for it.

Then let’s honor their longing.

I know one or two things, but spending the energy convincing you of them is rather like pouring water onto a rock and then X raying it to see if the inside got wet. The water being a metaphor for knowledge and the rock being a metaphor for your mind. The inside of your mind is as dry as the Sahara Desert.
