Swift backlash after Trump suggests delaying e******n

Trump and many Republicans have raised concerns in recent months about the security of mail-in b****ts, but this is the first time Trump has mentioned the possibility of moving the e******n.

The President can not delay the e******n. Under the Constitution, only Congress can delay the e*******l college v**e for a "reasonable" time period.

Will you be proven wrong when the e******n is held as scheduled? Because no one, and I mean no one, can 'prove' the future. I will predict the e******n will happen on time because the Constitution gives the power to set e******ns to the States and Congress. Not the Executive....and for very good reason. See Vladimir Putin's reign in Russia for an example of e******n manipulation by an executive.

You say you're a strict constitutionalist, no?

I hope you don't engage in that civil war. You must be crazy cause it will harm our country, the innocents, like me and Baby, my cat.

In addition, when Civil war happens, the president can use the I**********n Act of 1807. He can deploy the military to its full force to quell the violence. I hope you don't dare join the Civil War.

Wrong answer!

Under emergency national procedures and proclamations for extraordinary circumstances the President has the power to suspend not delay.

He can do it under national emergency powers like the i**********n act especially as applies to criminal high crimes by enemies foreign and domestic involved in conspiracy for treason and S******n to rig e******ns and or steal the people’s power of the v**es and rights by the Constitution and continuing...

Let it be challenged all the way to the fricken scumbag apples at SCOTUS!

By then Civil War will be welcomed by both sides.

Of course I’ll join, I’m sworn to my oaths.

Trump had his chances, plenty of opportunities to use the i**********n act and arrest all the criminals in Congress and more...

You are CRAZY!
This time when you engage in that war, the president will use the I**********n Act. of 1807, and you will lose.
I think you should help the president instead.

He himself is a mail in v**er. What a hypocrite

It seems only Dems have suffered. The rest of us are doing just fine.
