Absentee b****ting traditionally refers to a person who can’t physically be present at a v****g center on E******n Day. To get an absentee b****t, a registered v**er must request one through their state government, which accepts or rejects the application. When someone is approved to v**e absentee, e******n officials mail the v**er an absentee b****t, which they complete and sign, and return by mail. Exact rules vary by state, but qualifying reasons typically include the following:
-Being out of the county where they are registered to v**e
-Being a student living outside of the county
-Having an illness or disability
-Working or being on jury duty during v****g hours
-Serving as an e******n worker or poll watcher
-Having religious beliefs or practices that prevent them from going to a v****g center
-Being in prison but still able to v**e
With all-mail v****g, b****ts are mailed to ALL registered v**ers, without certainty it's going to a live v**er. V***r r**********n rolls are in bad shape all across the country, with multiple duplications. B****ts are sent out to people that don't live at the address on record any more (people who have moved or died) There's a great potential for fraud for whoever is living at those addresses now!
All-mail b****ts, particularly those sent without a v**er’s request, are also vulnerable for theft: a b****t is a very valuable commodity in an e******n, and in mail-in v****g millions of b****ts (15+ million people are registered v**ers) will be floating around that can be picked up by b****t harvesters or others whose intentions may not be legal.

In 2005, the Commission on Federal E******n Reform, co-chaired by former President Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, and former Secretary of State James Baker, a Republican, determined that absentee b****ts were the biggest source of e******n f***d.
Imagine how much fraud will be with all-mail b****ts!!
If people can wear masks to churches, restaurants, Walmart, sports events, protests.....they can wear a mask to the polls in November!!
