Read the posts. They contain racial slurs.

So you believe it is appropriate to use all those terrible words and r****t, h********c and sexist comments? You would be proud to have your children read these posts?

Welcome to the board. You had better get used to these kind of responses.

The "I h**e this President" crowd will show no mercy. It colors every thing they think, feel, and say.

Best thing to do is let it roll off you and expect very little original thinking (other than new ways of blaming Obama for everything everywhere).

Lower your expectations and don't take them too seriously. And every once in a while they are good for a laugh.

This is absolutely wildly wrong. But I respect your right to express your views in a relatively civil manner. He has a valid birth certificate. He was born in Hawaii. He is not Muslim. Thousands of people can vouch he went to Harvard.

I know you are new here--alot was wrong with your first post and your last one is wrong also. In Hawaii the dirth certificates are numbered--his number is all wrong nothing like the one born ahead or after him. Was brought up Muslim and none of the people that he graduated with REMEMBER him.

Actually, the white trash tea bagging goobers around here are as dumb as a group of people you will encounter on the internet. Every post most of them make is good for many laughs.

When you post positive things about Obama and they are nowhere near the t***h, only a fool would not be ready to hear it from the more informed people here!!!!

. I am very pleased to get this response. Thank you. I'm 56 years old and a former senior corporate executive. We need to change the level of discourse in America and this dialogue is one of my ways of contributing to that end.

Everyone on this site is a radical conservative. That is why no one agrees with me.

No, "we" are not all radical conservatives, just so you know. I haven't had a chance to look at your thread from yesterday -- too much time spent on the road yesterday and this afternoon will be spent selling the exquisitely fresh produce I acquired in my travels. This evening I shall take the time to read it. I apologize for not having done so yet.

I'm thinking you should not be surprised at the responses you got. In total t***sparency, I v**ed for our President twice, and while I v**ed for him TWICE, sometimes, not always, but sometimes, I get very angry with the President. However, I do not walk in his shoes. I have only worked "for" political appointees in another life, and so I know how the game is played.

I hope that you stick around, that you do not turn on your heels and click "delete", because I, for one, truly wish to hear what you have to say. Some of my views have changed since I joined OPP and I say that all the time. Well, okay, a couple of my views have changed -- but while some may disagree with my next statement --I do keep my listening ears on. At the same time, those referenced links in posts that are really slanted, regardless of whether they are right OR left, I pay them no mind, because coming from either side of the fence....wishful thinking attempting to make an idea on their wish list a TRUE FACT.

Just try and remember that regardless of expression, ALL on this site care passionately about this country. My first day on OPP was a bit like yours and nearly took my breath away, but I chose to stay. I hope you will too.

Everyone wants spending slowed down and the debt under control. This has been mentioned since well before I was born and long before the tea party funded by rich donors came to be.

I joined this site yesterday and made a positive post about President Obama. It was laudatory, positive, and included no slurs to his opponents. You can find it easily, "President Obama, Our Best Post WWII President."

I received about 20 replies. Here are words that were used in reply, to describe either me or Obama: stupid i***t, up chuck, asshole, f*ggot, homo, sucking, worm, black ass, puke, slime bag, vomit, freak show, piss, cretin. Words like these were included in the majority of responses.

I was accused of being gay, a female, a child and a drug addict. Not that there is anything wrong with the first three. The responses were full of r****t, sexist and h********c comments.

You people should be utterly ashamed of yourselves. This is how you deal with differences of opinion? This is your idea of Christian values? You call yourself, above all, Americans? Are you blind to how full of h**e you are, and how terrible that is?

Think about it. Long and hard. Ask yourself if your children would be proud to read your responses.

Hard to believe you are 56 and educated that you would write what you did in your first post---how can you not see all that is wrong with this president? Do you approve of the way he handled yesterday? He only has 333 fundraisers since he became president, ahell of alot to be proud of.

One thing you will learn about this bunch if you stay around is they have a different face for every side of every issue. Just look at the main page every morning and the thread topics since it speaks for itself what kind of people you are dealing with around here. I was treated the same way as you when I came here but I don't take and I give it right back. These i***ts like complaining to the moderator since most of them don't like being shown just how out of touch and stupid they are and yes they are a whiny bunch of tea baggers. Stick around and see for yourself.
