The new "improved" tests will be used up and we will go back to using tests developed in China. Death certificates will go back to recording the actual cause of death. T***sition will take about 30 days, unless the "improved" tests are recalled due to defects (over sensitivity to "all" v***s). If this happens, the rate will be zero by Thanksgiving.
