The law must be consistent to all. No DACA, no illegal pregnant women coming to lay their eggs and claim citizenship. Then they'll complain, it's not the kids' fault, so they must be excused. Then all the kids family stay in the US.

Millions of i*****l a***ns cross the borders, baiting their kids and dumping them inside the US. Then US picks them up, feed them and care for them. Then those i******s come later and claim, that's their kids, and justify for them to join. Claim that it is not the kids's fault.

If we do all these chaotic life they brought here, we have no country left and the justice system is broken. Currently there are now more than 700,000 DACA's. They breed so many and pretty soon in millions more. DACA must go home, apply and wait for the process that all have done. That is the law with justice for all.

IMHO: Resident aliens??? There shouldn't be any. You're either a legal citizen or you're a visitor with a visa that expires! This half-assed policy of dual or multiple citizenships should be terminated.

Under the old common law the citizenship of a child, no matter where born, followed the citizen of the father, and that's what I think it should be now. However, one would be hard pressed in this day and age to even be able to locate the true father for an anchor baby or a welfare baby. Anchor babies should be strictly prohibited from obtaining citizenship status in the USA unless both the father and the mother are at least registered into the immigration program to become US citizens. Welfare support for bastard children should be limited to no more than one bastard as an incentive against having bastards to increase welfare income. President Trump really needs to get much busier on his southern border wall project!!!!

You're right about needing to have a national official language in this country. Your thoughts concerning a date certain to end DACA protections is a good one, and so are your ideas about ending chain migration. Legal migration is the only good way to approach this problem. That has nothing to to with being a resident alien. A resident alien is someone legally in the country not on a path to citizenship, i.e. someone here on a work visa. Congress has failed to act on the birthright citizenship and the Supreme Court has not ruled on it either. The best thing would be for Congress to pass an i*********n l*w establishing what situations qualify for the birthright citizenship. Currently the children of diplomats do not get citizenship even if they were born in the United States. That should be extended to any children born to foreign nationals in the United States. That would put an end to the problem of 'anchor babies' born to i*****l a***ns and the birth tourism used primarily by the Chinese.
